中非共和国Ombella M’poko地区玉米生产技术效率及其影响因素分析

　　自中非共和国Ombella M’poko 州2013年爆发武装冲突以来,农业生产总值占GDP的比重逐渐下降,从2013年的52%下降到2017年的42.3%。而据世界银行2018年统计数据显示,其自给自足农业仅占GDP的16.0%。政治环境所导致的流离失所严重影响了小农户的粮食安全和生计问题。玉米产业是中非共和国国民经济中优先发展的农业产业之一,其发展需要依托政府部门的技术及金融支持,玉米产业增长有助于提高农村劳动力收入并确保粮食自给自足。据统计,中非共2014-2015年玉米产量较低,仅为405-966千克/公顷（IFAD2016）,可能的原因是延迟种植、缺乏维护（除草）、肥料不足、植物检疫不足和技术服务差等等。因此,研究该地区玉米种植户的技术效率及其影响因素问题,就显得尤为重要。本文使用的数据来源于2018年5月对Ombella M’poko省农民进行的结构化问卷调查。收集了905份问卷,包括玉米生产过程中的投资（包括土地、资本、劳动力、肥料和插条等）,以及社会经济、环境和物理特征。本文在文献综述的基础上,介绍了该地区的经济社会发展情况以及玉米产业发展现状和存在问题,采用随机生产法...
