延边地区经济增长中的人力资本要素研究

【摘要】:随着科技的发展,整个社会已然步入了知识经济时代。在激烈的全球化竞争中,知识是决定一个地区能否在竞争中存活的关键。这种知识与技能形成了一种特定的资本,即人力资本。人力资本逐渐成为了经济增长过程中的一大要素,从多方面推动我国经济增长方式的转变。研究人力资本是时代发展的需求,可以使得更多的知识转化为社会生产力。人力资本的积累和有效开发利用可以创造出巨大的社会财富。因此,人力资本成为了世界所关注的热门话题。 延边地区位于中朝俄三国边境,又是全国唯一的朝鲜族聚居区,在现代化建设过程中有着重要的战略地位。延边地区自然资源和人口存量相对丰富,但因其交通上的不便、自然资源的过度使用、不合理的人力资本开发与利用,导致延边地区经济发展水平明显落后于其他发达地区,其经济地位也逐年下降。人力资本是解决延边地区区域经济增长不均衡的有效要素。通过研究延边经济增长中的人力资本要素,找出延边地区人力资本开发利用中存在的问题,并提出解决方案,可以有效促进延边地区经济增长。这对于振兴延边社会经济具有举足轻重的作用。 本文对国内外人力资本和经济增长相关理论进行了综述,在此基础上以延边朝鲜族自治州为研究对象,对延边州的人力资本和经济增长现状进行了定量分析。通过对政府文件和统计数据的分析,试图找出延边州人力资本开发利用中存在的问题,并提出一些有益于延边州社会经济可持续发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the whole society has entered the era of knowledge economy. In the fierce global competition, knowledge is the key to determine whether a region can survive in the competition. That is, human capital, which has gradually become a major factor in the process of economic growth, promotes the transformation of the mode of economic growth in China from many aspects. The study of human capital is the demand of the development of the times. The accumulation and effective utilization of human capital can create huge social wealth. Therefore, human capital has become a hot topic in the world. Yanbian is located on the border between China, North Korea and Russia, and is the only Korean nationality area in the country. It has an important strategic position in the process of modernization. Yanbian is relatively rich in natural resources and population, but because of the inconvenience of transportation, The excessive use of natural resources and the unreasonable development and utilization of human capital have led to the obvious lag behind other developed regions in the economic development of Yanbian. Human capital is an effective factor to solve the imbalance of regional economic growth in Yanbian area. By studying the human capital elements in Yanbian economic growth, the problems existing in the development and utilization of human capital in Yanbian area are found out. The solution can effectively promote the economic growth of Yanbian, which plays an important role in revitalizing the social economy of Yanbian. This paper summarizes the theories of human capital and economic growth at home and abroad, and takes Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as the research object. This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the present situation of human capital and economic growth in Yanbian prefecture. Through the analysis of government documents and statistical data, it tries to find out the problems existing in the development and utilization of human capital in Yanbian prefecture. And put forward some countermeasures and suggestions beneficial to the sustainable development of social economy in Yanbian Prefecture.
