TPP背景下俄罗斯远东联邦区与中国东北地区合作研究

【摘要】：2016年2月TPP的签署,中国和俄罗斯并不在其中,美国推行的TPP势必会影响亚太地区的格局。而自乌克兰危机发生后,西方对俄罗斯的经济制裁及国际原油价格的大幅下降,使得俄罗斯经济受到重创。为了从西方孤立中突围,也为了克服和缓解当前的经济困境,俄罗斯开始对亚太地区进行积极外交政策,并加快了远东联邦区经济发展的步伐。在如此背景下,俄远东联邦区及中国东北地区的深化合作既对两地区的振兴和发展起到了积极作用,又为两国之间区域经济合作战略的对接起到了推动作用,进而推进了东北亚地区的区域经济合作。
[Abstract]:With the signing of the TPP in February 2016, China and Russia are not among them, and the TPP push by the United States is bound to shape the Asia-Pacific region.Since the crisis in Ukraine, the Russian economy has been hit hard by Western economic sanctions against Russia and a sharp drop in international crude oil prices.In order to break out of the isolation of the West and to overcome and alleviate the current economic difficulties, Russia began to carry out an active foreign policy towards the Asia-Pacific region and quickened the pace of economic development in the far East Federal District.In this context, the deepening cooperation between the far East region of Russia and Northeast China has not only played a positive role in the revitalization and development of the two regions, but also played a role in promoting the strategic docking of regional economic cooperation between the two countries.In turn, the promotion of regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia.
