【摘要】：绿色发展理念是"五大发展理念"的重要内容,对于全面建成小康社会和建设美丽中国至关重要。然而,我国经济社会发展中的传统经济发展模式、相关制度和法律法规的缺失、绿色经验不足、绿色文化疲软等问题已经成为当前我国绿色发展的瓶颈。要进一步推进绿色发展,就要加快转变传统经济发展模式,推进绿色发展的"常态化";进一步健全相关制度和法律法规,为绿色发展提供重要保障;汲取国外绿色发展成功经验,为绿色发展提供重要借鉴;加快推进绿色文化建设,构建绿色产业格局,促进绿色发展。
[Abstract]:The concept of green development is the important content of the "five development concepts", which is of great importance to building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a beautiful China. However, the traditional economic development mode, the lack of relevant systems and laws, the lack of green experience and the weakness of green culture in China's economic and social development have become the bottleneck of China's green development. In order to promote green development, we must change the traditional mode of economic development to accelerate and promote the development of green "normalization"; to further improve the system and relevant laws and regulations, provide an important guarantee for the green development; learn from the successful experience of foreign green development, provide an important reference for green development; accelerate the green culture construction, build a green industrial pattern to promote green development.
