【摘要】：改革开放以来，青海藏区的经济和社会发展取得了巨大的成就，各民族人民的生活水平也得到了较大的提高，，但伴随着经济和社会发展的同时也出现了收入分配差距不断扩大的现象。由于多民族聚居的青海藏区存在着复杂的社会关系和社会差异，收入差距逐渐扩大使得原本复杂的民族关系更加复杂化，社会差异也更加明显，直接影响着青海民族地区的经济发展和社会稳定。因此在收入分配差距不断扩大的背景下，研究青海藏区的社会差异问题有着十分重要的意义。通过对青海藏区的收入分配数据进行分析与测度，研究造成收入分配差距扩大趋势的原因，及由收入分配差距扩大引起的一系列社会问题，并分析其对社会关系的影响；重点分析收入分配与社会差异的相关性，研究导致社会差异存在和扩大的影响因素，并揭示社会差异问题对青海藏区社会稳定和区域经济可持续发展带来的不利影响；最后，在实证分析的基础上，提出缩小青海藏区收入分配差距和调控社会差异的对策及建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economic and social development of Qinghai Tibetan area has made great achievements, and the living standards of the people of various nationalities have also been greatly improved. However, along with the economic and social development, there is also a widening income distribution gap. Due to the existence of complex social relations and social differences in the multi-ethnic Tibetan region of Qinghai. The widening of income gap makes the original complex ethnic relations more complicated, and the social differences are more obvious. It has a direct impact on the economic development and social stability of Qinghai ethnic areas, so it is of great significance to study the social differences in Qinghai Tibetan areas under the background of widening income distribution gap. Through the analysis and measurement of income distribution data in Qinghai Tibetan area, this paper studies the causes of the widening income distribution gap and a series of social problems caused by the widening income distribution gap. And analyzes its influence on social relations; Focus on the analysis of income distribution and the correlation of social differences, and study the factors that lead to the existence and expansion of social differences. It also reveals the negative effects of social differences on social stability and sustainable development of regional economy in Qinghai Tibetan region. Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for narrowing the gap of income distribution and regulating social differences in Qinghai Tibetan area.
