【摘要】:作为最大的发展中国家,中国个人收入和教育问题得到了广泛关注,然而,由于数据收集等方面的困难,相关领域对于家庭背景及学校质量等方面的研究进展缓慢。本着促进我国教育经济学发展的初衷,本文研究了影响中国城镇居民个人收入和教育收益率的学校因素和家庭因素及其变化趋势。 在相关的研究中,数据和研究方法的局限性所导致的隐藏能力一直存在,而隐藏能力所产生的个体异质性在收入决定中的重要性已经引起了广泛关注,将其忽略将导致收入回报率估计的偏差。多数文献希望采用更高级的计量方法予以修正来得到更加准确的教育收益率,但对于隐藏能力的成因及影响并没有充分且具体的研究。作者认为:包括所有教育和家庭因素的前者决定了一个人绝大部分的隐藏能力,而后者简化为仅用工作经验表示,进而试图通过个体进入社会前的影响因素来表达隐藏能力对个人收入和教育收益率的影响。本文主要采用CHIP1995和CHIP2002的全面详实的微观数据,对父母收入、父母职业地位、学校质量、在校表现等因素对个人收入影响进行了回归分析,给出了它们与收入及教育回报率的关系,通过逐步回归分析及显著性检验对它们的重要性进行了比较,并对两次调查数据结果展现出的社会变迁进行了探讨。另外,本文还就相关数据进行了横向比较。 通过OLS回归和逐步回归发现:父母收入对子女收入有着重要的正的作用,这很大程度上说明了经济能力和经济权力的代际传承性,而不同于一般理解的是,较高的父母职业地位对子女收入的影响系数为负,本文认为这是家庭教育缺失所带来的结果;大学质量和在中学阶段的表现是影响个人收入和教育收益率的重要的学校因素,但中学质量对个人收入的影响并不大;数据及结果的时间变迁说明了,我国社会变革在劳动市场和居民教育的进步上体现出了良好效果,而横向比较则表明,我国科教兴国的道路任重道远。
[Abstract]:As the largest developing country, China's personal income and education issues have received extensive attention, however, due to data collection and other difficulties. The research on family background and school quality in related fields has made slow progress, in line with the original intention of promoting the development of educational economics in China. This paper studies the school and family factors and their changing trends that affect the personal income and educational return rate of Chinese urban residents. In the related research, the hidden ability caused by the limitation of data and research methods has always existed, and the importance of individual heterogeneity caused by hiding ability in income decision has attracted wide attention. Ignoring it will lead to the deviation of income rate of return estimation. Most literatures hope to use more advanced measurement method to correct it to get more accurate education return rate. However, there is not enough and specific research on the causes and effects of hiding ability. The author believes that the former, which includes all the factors of education and family, determines most of a person's hidden ability. The latter is simplified to be expressed only in terms of work experience. Then it tries to express the influence of concealment ability on individual income and education return rate by influencing factors before individuals enter into society. This paper mainly adopts CHIP1995 and CHIP2002's comprehensive and detailed micro. Watch the data. Regression analysis was made on the effects of parents' income, parents' professional status, school quality and school performance on personal income, and the relationship between them and income and return on education was given. Through stepwise regression analysis and significance test, this paper compares their importance, and discusses the social changes shown by the results of the two surveys. This paper also carries on the horizontal comparison to the related data. Through OLS regression and stepwise regression, it is found that parental income plays an important and positive role in children's income, which to a large extent explains the intergenerational inheritance of economic ability and economic power. What is different from the general understanding is that the influence coefficient of higher parents' professional status on their children's income is negative, which is the result of the lack of family education. The university quality and the performance in the middle school stage are the important school factors which influence the personal income and the education return rate, but the middle school quality does not have the big influence to the personal income; The time changes of the data and the results show that the social transformation in our country has shown a good effect in the progress of labor market and resident education, while the horizontal comparison shows that the road of rejuvenating the country through science and education has a long way to go.
