垄断对我国行业收入差距的影响研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，我国经济迅速发展，但与此同时，收入差距过大的问题也日益凸显，并且呈现出越来越大的趋势，行业收入差距就是其中之一。行业收入差距表现最为突出的一个特征就是垄断行业的高收入。垄断行业大大高于其他行业收入的状况并非主要是因为其较高的效率或人力资本水平等合理原因而导致的，而更多的是由于行政力量赋予的垄断地位、所有制缺位、劳动力市场分割等不合理原因。目前，，垄断造成的行业收入差距过大状况已经引起社会各界人士的不满，不仅影响到我国收入分配的公平，影响劳动力的合理流动，不利于社会经济的发展，也不利于社会的稳定和和谐社会的建设。不仅是经济问题，也是社会问题。本文就是从垄断的角度出发来研究垄断对我国行业收入差距的影响。通过对我国行业收入差距现状和特征以及我国垄断特殊性的分析，用计量模型分析了垄断对我国行业收入差距的影响程度，并对垄断造成我国行业收入差距过大的原因进行了分析，最后提出了相应的政策建议。本文第一部分为绪论，主要介绍了研究的背景及意义，研究的主要内容及框架，主要创新点和不足。第二部分为国内外文献综述，介绍国内外对垄断对行业收入差距影响的研究状况。第三部分为我国行业收入差距的现状及特征。结合我国各行业历年的收入数据，指出了我国行业收入差距过大的状况及垄断行业的收入大大高于其他行业的事实。第四部分为我国垄断的特点及其形成原因。主要介绍了和西方发达国家相比，我国垄断的特殊性及造成这种特殊性的原因。第五部分为垄断对我国行业收入差距影响的实证分析，以2004-2011年15个大类行业收入的相关数据为基础，利用Panel-data模型，分析了垄断对我国行业收入差距的影响程度，得出垄断是造成我国行业收入差距过大的主要因素。第六部分为垄断造成我国行业收入差距过大的原因。在实证分析得出结论的基础上，探讨了垄断造成我国行业收入差距扩大的原因。第七部分为相关的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly, but at the same time, the problem of excessive income gap is also increasingly prominent, and showing a growing trend. Industry income gap is one of them. One of the most outstanding characteristics of industry income gap is the high income of monopoly industry. The situation that monopoly industry is much higher than other industries is not mainly because of its high efficiency. A reasonable reason, such as the rate or the level of human capital. And more because of the monopoly given by the administrative power, the absence of ownership, labor market segmentation and other unreasonable reasons. The excessive income gap caused by monopoly has caused dissatisfaction among people from all walks of life, which not only affects the fairness of income distribution in China, but also affects the reasonable flow of labor force, which is not conducive to the development of social economy. Is not conducive to social stability and the construction of a harmonious society, not only economic problems, but also social problems. This paper is from the perspective of monopoly to study the impact of monopoly on China's industry income gap through the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of China's industry income gap and the particularity of China's monopoly. This paper analyzes the influence of monopoly on industry income gap in China by using the econometric model, and analyzes the causes of the excessive income gap caused by monopoly, and finally puts forward corresponding policy suggestions. The first part of this paper is an introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance of the study, the main content and framework of the study, the main innovation points and shortcomings. The second part is the domestic and foreign literature review. The third part is the current situation and characteristics of the industry income gap in China. Combined with the income data of each industry in China over the years. The paper points out the situation of excessive income gap and the fact that the income of monopoly industry is much higher than that of other industries. 4th part is the characteristics of monopoly in China and the reasons for its formation. It mainly introduces the comparison with western developed countries. The particularity of monopoly in China and the causes of this particularity. 5th part is the empirical analysis of the impact of monopoly on the income gap in China's industries. Based on the data of 15 major industries from 2004 to 2011, this paper analyzes the influence of monopoly on the income gap of Chinese industries by using Panel-data model. It is concluded that monopoly is the main factor causing the excessive income gap in China's industries. Part 6th is the reason for the excessive income gap in China's industries. On the basis of empirical analysis, the author draws a conclusion. This paper probes into the causes of the widening income gap in China caused by monopoly. The 7th part is the relevant policy recommendations.
