家庭社会资本对江苏省城镇居民收入的影响研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,中国经济飞速发展,成绩显著,人民生活水平大幅提高。江苏省作为东部沿海发达省份之一,经济发展成就更是有目共睹。近些年来,江苏省伴随着高经济增长的现象的同时,城镇居民收入不平等现象仍然明显存在。20世纪80年代后,社会资本理论得到学术界的广泛重视,社会资本被视为是继物质资本和人力资本之后的第三大资本,以宏观社会为核心的社会资本研究和以微观个人为核心的社会资本研究被更多的运用于经济、社会现象的分析,社会资本对个体收入的影响被越来越多的学者注意到。目前的收入差距研究大多是集中在宏观的政策体制、劳动力市场分割和微观的个体人力资本角度等方面,对于社会资本尤其是微观的家庭社会资本对城镇居民收入的影响还相对较少,因而从家庭社会资本角度研究社会资本对个体收入的影响有重要意义。本研究遵循从理论到实践的研究范式,运用文献法、数据资料调查法、实证分析法等方法,在研究相关文献的基础上,采用对江苏省城镇居民家庭社会资本与收入关系问卷调查资料,将家庭社会资本分为父母社会地位和家庭网络资本两个维度,应用可靠性分析、因子分析、相关性分析和多元回归分析测度和分析江苏省家庭社会资本。实证研究表明:父母社会地位和家庭网络资本与江苏省城镇居民收入呈显著正相关关系,其中家庭网络资本影响程度更为显著;另外,作为控制变量的人力资本的学历、工作年限和作为人口特征的性别对收入也有重要影响。本研究的结果为今后江苏省城镇居民提高个人收入提供了一些启示。家庭社会资本对江苏省城镇居民的收入有重要影响,父母社会层次和家庭网络资本的代际传递会影响子女的社会层次和收入。因此,本研究认为对于收入相对较低的江苏省城镇居民,应当首先提高受教育水平,良好的人力资本投资是提高收入的基础;进而在提高人力资本投资的同时,丰富自身的社会资本和社会网络,通过加强社会资本投资增加收入;而目前收入已经较高的江苏省城镇居民,应该保持并扩大社会资本网络规模,能够进一步增加收入。总体而言,其他情况不变时,提高家庭社会资本投资,有助于进一步提高江苏省城镇居民的收入水平。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China economic achievements, people's living standard has been greatly improved. Jiangsu province is one of the eastern coastal provinces, the achievement of economic development is more obvious to people. In recent years, Jiangsu Province, accompanied by high economic growth phenomenon at the same time, urban residents' income inequality still exists in.20 century after 80s, the society the capital theory has been widely attention in the academic circle, social capital is regarded as the third largest capital after the material capital and human capital, social capital research in macro society as the core and the micro social capital of individuals as the core is more used in the economic analysis, the social phenomenon, the influence of individual social capital income by more and more scholars pay attention to. The present income gap is mostly concentrated in the macro policy system, labor market segmentation and micro The individual perspective of human capital, social capital, especially for the micro effects of family social capital on the income of urban residents is relatively small, so it is important to study from the perspective of social capital and family social capital impact on individual income. This research follows the paradigm from theory to practice, using literature data, survey method and the empirical analysis method, based on the research of related literature, the urban residents in Jiangsu province the relationship between social capital and family income survey data, the family social capital is divided into two dimensions of parents' social status and family network capital, the application of reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to measure and analysis Jiangsu Province, the family social capital. The empirical research shows that: the parents' social status and family network capital and the income of urban residents in Jiangsu province was positive The correlation between family network capital impact is more significant; in addition, the control variables of human capital education, working age and gender as population characteristics have an important influence on the income. The results of this study provide some implications for the future of urban residents in Jiangsu province to improve personal income. The family social capital has an important influence on the income of urban residents in Jiangsu Province, parents and family intergenerational social level of capital transfer will affect the social level and the income of children. Therefore, this study suggests that the town of Jiangsu Province, relatively low income residents, should first improve the level of education, good human capital investment is to increase the income of the foundation; and to improve the human capital investment at the same time, enrich their social capital and social network, by strengthening the social capital investment to increase income; the income has higher Jiang Urban residents in Jiangsu Province should maintain and expand the scale of social capital network and further increase their income. Generally speaking, improving family social capital investment will help to further improve the income level of urban residents in Jiangsu province.
