【摘要】：自从1978年改革开放以来,我国开始呈现外商直接投资的大量流入的倾向,延边地区也不例外,在推动延边地区的经济发展的众多因素中,外商直接投资占据不可忽视的一个地位,它已成为延边地区经济不可缺少的一部分。近年来,越来越多的投资者关注着延边地区的投资环境,并投资于延边地区,这使延边地区的FDI的规模不断壮大,同时也为跨国公司带来了盈利,FDI的投入对于延边地区和投资方有着深刻的意义,实现了外商投资企业和延边经济的共赢。延边地区外资企业的数量和投资总量不断上升,但是其中也存在着不少问题。比如延边地区对外商直接投资的研究和关注不够积极,缺乏可指导的正确导向和可操作的参考性指标。本文以国外和国内的相关理论和文献为借鉴,利用数量分析等研究方法,着眼于延边地区外商直接投资的现状,通过阐述延边地区的外商直接投资的规模、行业分布、地区分布、外商直接投资来源渠道结构的具体情况,具体指出了延边地区外商直接投资在优化产业结构中产生的影响和存在问题,进而提出了对策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in 1978, China began to show the tendency of a large number of foreign direct investment inflows, Yanbian region is no exception, in promoting the economic development of Yanbian area of many factors. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has become an indispensable part of Yanbian economy. In recent years, more and more investors are paying attention to the investment environment in Yanbian. And invest in Yanbian area, which makes the scale of Yanbian FDI growing, but also brings profit for multinational companies to invest in Yanbian area and investors have a profound significance. Foreign-invested enterprises and Yanbian economy to achieve a win-win situation. The number and total investment of foreign-funded enterprises in Yanbian area are increasing, but there are still many problems. For example, the research and attention to FDI in Yanbian area is not active enough. Lack of guiding correct guidance and operational reference indicators. Based on foreign and domestic related theories and literature, using quantitative analysis and other research methods, this paper focuses on the current situation of foreign direct investment in Yanbian area. Through the elaboration of the Yanbian area foreign direct investment scale, the industry distribution, the regional distribution, the foreign direct investment source channel structure concrete situation. This paper points out the influence and existing problems of foreign direct investment in optimizing industrial structure in Yanbian area, and puts forward some countermeasures.
