河北省碳排放的产业影响分析

【摘要】:工业革命促进生产力的极大提高,随着经济社会的日益繁荣,其带来的的副作用也越来越明显,尤其是由于温室气体排放过多带来的气候问题受到世界各国越来越多的关注。中国作为发展中的经济大国,气候问题更是不可无视,而河北作为华北地区的经济工业大省,气候问题更加突出。2017年英国《卫报》盘点出的全球及各大洲空气污染最严重的城市名单中中国上榜的四个城市均来自河北省,因此治理河北省因碳排放而引起的气候问题已经刻不容缓。本文首先对河北省产业发展情况以及碳排放发展情况进行阐述,接下来对河北省碳排放的产业影响,从相关性和产值变动方面进行数量分析。河北省第一产业远低于第二、第三产业对碳排放总量的影响程度,第三产业的碳排放量对总排放量的影响程度逐渐加深。CO2排放量的增加主要是三大产业的产业产值增加导致的;单位产值排放量使二氧化碳排放量减少。在对河北省碳排放量的LMDI模型分解分析中得知经济总量的扩大始终是引起二氧化碳排放量增加的主要原因,第二产业由于该因素导致的二氧化碳排放增加量最多,其中工业的二氧化碳排放量贡献率最大。在六大高耗能行业中黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业由于经济总量上升而导致二氧化碳排放量增加最多。在2011-2015年期间第一产业、第二产业由于产业结构的变动导致二氧化碳排放量下降,第三产业则由于所占比重的上升导致二氧化碳排放量增加;三大产业均因能源强度的变动而使得二氧化碳排放量下降。最后从优化产业结构、建立完善相关制度、奖励创新提高技术等角度出发提出建议。
[Abstract]:The industrial revolution promoted greatly improved productivity, with the development of society and economy, the side effect is becoming more and more obvious, especially due to greenhouse gas emissions of climate problems brought by the world more and more attention. China as in the development of economy, the climate problem is not to be ignored, and as the largest economy in Hebei Province, North China industrial area, climate issues more prominent four China list of city.2017 the most serious British "Guardian > inventory of global air pollution in the city and continents in the list are from Hebei Province, so the governance climate problems in Hebei Province caused by carbon emissions has been imperative. Firstly Hebei Province, industrial development and carbon emissions development were expounded. The effect of the carbon emissions in Hebei province industry, the number and value of the correlation changes Analysis of the first industry in Hebei province is far lower than the second, the third industry impact on carbon emissions, the influence degree of carbon emissions of the third industry on total emissions gradually increased.CO2 emissions is the main industries of the three industrial output value increased; emissions per unit of output to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the LMDI. The model of Hebei Province carbon emissions decomposition analysis shows that the expansion of the total economy is the main cause of the increase in carbon dioxide emissions, the second industry due to the factors leading to increase the amount of carbon dioxide emissions in the most industrial carbon dioxide emissions contribution rate in six high energy consuming industries in ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry due to the total economy resulting from the increase in carbon dioxide emissions increased most. During 2011-2015, the first industry, the second industry in the industrial structure change In carbon dioxide emissions decreased third, the proportion of the industry due to rising carbon dioxide emissions increased; three industries are due to the changes of energy intensity and the carbon dioxide emissions decreased. Finally, from the optimization of the industrial structure, establish and improve relevant systems, improve technology innovation award and other point of view put forward some suggestions.
