【摘要】：城乡居民收入差距一直深受社会各个方面的关注,收入分配制度改革也被提上日程。在城镇居民收入明显高于农村居民收入的背景下,深化分配制度改革,统筹城乡发展,不断缩小城乡居民收入差距问题引起国内外学者的广泛研究。因此,如何测度中国城乡居民收入差距并寻找影响其变化的因素具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。论文以城乡居民收入差距为研究对象,从其测度方法和因素分析两个方面展开研究。一方面,通过对城乡居民收入差距测度方法的梳理,提出一种利用改进的数据组合形式,来估计城乡居民混合基尼系数的方法。另一方面,因素分析从理论角度和实证分析两个层次入手,在实证分析的过程中,首先利用灰色关联度分析的方法,得到主要影响因素,再对其进行回归分析,使得研究结论更具有可信性。研究发现：中国城镇居民、农村居民的基尼系数呈现先增大后减小的趋势,城乡混合基尼系数在2008年达到最大值；城镇化率对中国城乡居民收入差距有显著地影响,不断加快城镇化进程,有助于缩小中国城乡居民收入差距,而工业化率的提高对中国城乡居民收入差距有显著地拉大作用；城乡二元对比系数表明中国农业和非农业部门的生产效率差异,它们差异越大,导致收入差距越大；中国金融规模的扩大和金融效率的提高会拉大城乡居民收入差距。论文的创新之处主要体现在：(1)较为系统全面的总结了估计城乡混合基尼系数的方法,并在测度城乡居民收入差距时,利用改进的方法计算出中国城乡居民混合基尼系数。(2)在研究影响城乡居民收入差距变动因素时,将理论分析与实证分析相结合,在较为系统的总结了影响其变化各种因素的基础上,运用灰色关联分析的方法,确定各因素的关联度,并对关联度较大的因素进行回归分析,从而得到主要的影响因素,对以后的研究有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The income gap between urban and rural residents has been deeply concerned by all aspects of society, and the reform of income distribution system has also been put on the agenda. Under the background that the income of urban residents is obviously higher than that of rural residents, the reform of distribution system has been deepened. Coordinating urban and rural development and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents has caused extensive research by domestic and foreign scholars. How to measure the income gap between urban and rural residents in China and find the factors that affect the change has very important theoretical value and practical significance. This paper takes the income gap of urban and rural residents as the research object. On the one hand, through combing the measurement method of income gap between urban and rural residents, a kind of improved data combination form is put forward. On the other hand, factor analysis from the theoretical perspective and empirical analysis of two levels, in the process of empirical analysis, the first use of grey correlation analysis method. The main influencing factors are obtained, and then regression analysis is carried out to make the conclusions more credible. The study found that the Gini coefficient of Chinese urban residents and rural residents showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The Gini coefficient between urban and rural areas reached the maximum in 2008. Urbanization rate has a significant impact on the income gap between urban and rural residents in China. Accelerating the process of urbanization will help to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in China. The increase of industrialization rate has a significant effect on the income gap between urban and rural residents in China. The urban-rural dual contrast coefficient shows that there are differences in productivity between agricultural and non-agricultural sectors in China. The greater the difference between them, the bigger the income gap. The expansion of Chinese financial scale and the improvement of financial efficiency will widen the income gap between urban and rural residents. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in: 1) the method of estimating the mixed Gini coefficient between urban and rural areas is summarized systematically and comprehensively. And in measuring the income gap between urban and rural residents, using the improved method to calculate the mixed Gini coefficient of Chinese urban-rural residents. Combining the theoretical analysis with the empirical analysis, on the basis of systematically summarizing the various factors affecting their changes, the grey correlation analysis method is used to determine the correlation degree of each factor. The main influencing factors are obtained by regression analysis of the factors with high correlation degree, which will be useful for future research.
