【摘要】:近几年来,跨境进出口电商交易量呈现逐年提升的趋势。得益于经济发展和消费升级,国际服装奢侈品牌,母婴用品、食品保健,美妆护理等产品都受到中国人的青睐;除了实物贸易领域,服务领域的消费也更加频繁:韩国的医学美容,东南亚的度假休闲,欧美租车自驾短租,以及各国的留学培训等服务都逐渐火爆,成为中国中产阶级的经常性消费项目。有消费就需要支付,有国际消费就需要跨境支付。跨国消费的提振和发展带来进口交易规模的壮大,作为跨境电子商务关键一环、并主要依赖交易规模的跨境支付业务也应势水涨船高。各家支付公司进入跨境支付领域,发现新的业务增长点;经过三年的发展,跨境支付已成为一个有众多参与者的行业。作为一个新兴行业,政策的变动、人才的紧缺、海外市场的未知、行业进入者增多、银行同类业务的竞争,都给行业参与者带来了巨大压力。WY跨境支付业务在交易总额上升到一个级别、走过初级发展阶段之后,遇到了瓶颈。2016年10月,跨境支付系统(CIPS)一期正式上线,人民币国际化进入飞奔时期。无论是进出口贸易发展还是人民币国际化的需求,都对跨境支付行业的进步和创新提出了要求。如何能从众多的支付公司中脱颖而出,创造出更高的业绩、实现更好的服务、挖掘更深入的客户需求?本文从支付行业的历史出发,通过对宏观环境、微观策略、同业情况、自身现状的分析,对WY跨境支付的发展方向和策略提出一些见解。
[Abstract]:In recent years, cross-border import and export e-commerce business volume has been increasing year by year, thanks to economic development and consumption upgrading, international luxury clothing brands, maternal and child supplies, food health care. Cosmetic care and other products are favored by the Chinese; In addition to the physical trade, the consumption of services is also more frequent: medical beauty in South Korea, vacation and leisure in Southeast Asia, short rental of cars in Europe and the United States, as well as overseas study and training in various countries, and so on. To become a current consumption item of middle class in China. If there is consumption, we need to pay, and if we have international consumption, we need to pay across borders. The boost and development of transnational consumption bring about the expansion of import transaction scale. As a key link of cross-border electronic commerce, the cross-border payment business, which mainly depends on the scale of transaction, should also rise. The payment companies enter the field of cross-border payment and find new business growth points. After three years of development, cross-border payment has become an industry with a large number of participants. As a new industry, the policy changes, the shortage of talent, the unknown overseas market, the number of industry entrants. The competition of the similar banking business has brought great pressure to industry participants. WY cross-border payment business has risen to a level of total transaction volume, after passing through the initial stage of development. In October 2016, the first phase of the cross-border payment system (CIPS) was officially launched, and the internationalization of RMB entered into a flying period. Both the development of import and export trade and the demand of RMB internationalization. Both require the progress and innovation of the cross-border payment industry. How can we stand out from the numerous payment companies, create higher performance, achieve better services, and tap deeper customer needs? Based on the history of the payment industry, this paper puts forward some opinions on the development direction and strategy of WY cross-border payment through the analysis of the macro environment, micro strategy, the situation of the same industry, and the present situation of WY.
