要素禀赋粘性与新常态经济增长

【摘要】：新常态下中国经济增长出现减速,经济面临一定的发展风险。经济增长的动力结构内生于要素禀赋结构,给予动态比较优势的要素禀赋结构能提供强大的经济发展动力,驱动经济健康发展,避免经济下滑。新常态下中国经济发展动力的不足归结于要素禀赋结构升级缓慢,即要素禀赋升级存在粘性,使原有发展动力不足的情况下新的发展动力难以培育。界定并讨论要素禀赋粘性,从宏观、微观和中观视角分析其影响因素,基于此探讨培育经济发展新动力的路径。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, China's economic growth has slowed down, and the economy is facing certain development risks. The dynamic structure of economic growth is born in the factor endowment structure. The structure of factor endowment, which gives dynamic comparative advantage, can provide a powerful driving force for economic development and drive the healthy development of economy. To avoid economic decline. The lack of economic development power in China under the new normal is attributed to the slow upgrading of factor endowment structure, that is, the viscosity of factor endowment upgrading. It is difficult to cultivate the new development power under the condition that the original development power is insufficient. Define and discuss the factor endowment stickiness, and analyze its influence factors from the macro, micro and meso angle of view. Based on this, this paper discusses the path of cultivating new power of economic development.
