【摘要】：提起工业革命它毫无疑问是历史舞台上的一个重要发展阶段。工业革命的崛起给人们的生活带来了翻天覆地的变化，这不仅仅是它给人们带来了空前的物质文明，与此同时，也给人们的生活本身带来了愈发严重的威胁。世界面临着高速发展和生态危机的双重考验。过去的几个世纪，人类似乎更注重社会发展的高速产能和生活品质的提高。而如今，人类也意识到了高速发展的背后同时存在的是让人不然而立的自然环境的破坏和令人窒息的雾霾天气。生态文明的提出无疑是解决人类发展环境矛盾之间的一把双刃剑，它为人类文明社会的高速发展和自然环境的保护架起了一道和谐的桥梁。当前，生态文明建设的研究也成为了学者们重要的课题之一。本篇文章依照科学渗透、文献分析及归纳演绎等方法，对我国目前的生态文明建设的现有情况，分析成因，找出社会技术创新高速发展的背景下，，生态文明建设应如何更好的找到发展方向和有关对策。首先，本文从工业文明变革性实践的反思出发，提出技术创新和生态文明二者之间的相互对立统一的理论，客观全面的揭示了生态文明和技术创新。得出生态技术创新是生态文明建设的重要途径之一。其次，对目前我国的生态文明建设的现有情况分析，本文总结了三个重要问题，其中包括生态破坏问题、环境污染问题以及能源和资源危机问题。并对这些问题做出了更深一步的研究讨论，得出技术创新不仅是解决生态问题和人口、资源二者之间矛盾的重要方法，而且论述出技术创新是生态文明建设的过程中的必经之路；最后，本文将把三大生态产业怎样具体实施技术创新对其发挥的总要作用进行了进一步具体的解析和研究，并且陈述了目前生态文明建设阶段的相应技术突破创新以及发展保证，对未来生态文明建设的持续性发展和未来相应对策予以总结说明。生态文明技术的创新将会为人类社会的未来发展树立起一个全方位的、和谐的、持久性的发展方向，直接有效的使得科学技术层面由传统熟知的生产模式向新兴生态生产模式方向过渡，使其为生态文明建设提供了坚实有力的基石，为推广生态文明建设提供了重要支持保障和护盾作用。生态技术创新让人类与大自然和社会共同的利益得到前所未有的最大化。为此，在我国坚持建设具有中国特色社会主义的方针同时，实现技术创新生态文明建设研究也变得更加具有现实意义。
[Abstract]:The mention of the Industrial Revolution is undoubtedly an important stage of development on the historical stage. The rise of the Industrial Revolution has brought about earth-shaking changes in people's lives. This is not just that it has brought people unprecedented material civilization, at the same time. The world is facing the double test of rapid development and ecological crisis. The past few centuries. Human beings seem to pay more attention to the rapid production capacity and the improvement of the quality of life of social development. Mankind also realized that behind the rapid development is the destruction of the natural environment and the suffocating haze weather. The proposal of ecological civilization is undoubtedly a solution to the contradiction between the environment of human development. A double-edged sword. It has built a harmonious bridge for the rapid development of human civilization society and the protection of natural environment. At present, the study of ecological civilization construction has also become one of the important topics for scholars. According to the methods of scientific infiltration, literature analysis and induction and deduction, this article analyzes the causes of the current situation of ecological civilization construction in China, and finds out the background of the rapid development of social technological innovation. How to better find the development direction and relevant countermeasures in the construction of ecological civilization. First of all, starting from the reflection of the revolutionary practice of industrial civilization, this paper puts forward the theory of the unity of opposites between technological innovation and ecological civilization. Objective and comprehensive revealed ecological civilization and technological innovation. Ecological technology innovation is one of the important ways of ecological civilization construction. Secondly, the current situation of ecological civilization construction in China is analyzed. This paper summarizes three important issues, including ecological destruction, environmental pollution and energy and resource crisis. It is concluded that technological innovation is not only an important method to solve the contradiction between ecological problems, population and resources, but also discusses that technological innovation is the only way in the process of ecological civilization construction. Finally, this article will carry on the further concrete analysis and the research to how to carry out the technical innovation to the three ecological industries. It also states the corresponding technological breakthrough innovation and development guarantee of the current ecological civilization construction stage, and summarizes the sustainable development of the future ecological civilization construction and the corresponding countermeasures in the future. The innovation of ecological civilization technology will set up a comprehensive, harmonious and lasting development direction for the future development of human society. Directly and effectively make the level of science and technology from the traditional familiar production model to a new ecological production model transition, so that it provides a solid foundation stone for the construction of ecological civilization. It provides important support and shield for the construction of ecological civilization. Ecological technology innovation maximizes the common interests of human beings with nature and society. At the same time of adhering to the policy of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, the study of ecological civilization construction of technological innovation has become more practical significance.
