【摘要】：城乡收入差距具有明显的动态效应和路径依赖,城镇和农村居民的收入流动性对城乡收入差距的影响非常显著。城镇居民的收入流动性越强,城乡收入差距越大;而农村居民的收入流动性越强则能越有效缓解城乡收入差距,且农村居民收入流动性对城乡收入差距的影响程度要远大于城镇居民的收入流动性。因此,我国应着力创造居民尤其是农村居民公平获取收入的机会和环境,完善地方政府对农村地区的扶持政策,建立健全城乡收入分配机制,从而促进城乡收入分配更加均衡、合理。
[Abstract]:The urban-rural income gap has obvious dynamic effect and path dependence. The income mobility of urban and rural residents has a very significant impact on the urban-rural income gap. The stronger the income mobility of urban residents. The greater the income gap between urban and rural areas; The stronger the income mobility of rural residents, the more effective to alleviate the urban-rural income gap, and the impact of rural residents' income mobility on the urban-rural income gap is much greater than the income mobility of urban and rural residents. Our country should make great efforts to create the opportunity and environment for the residents, especially the rural residents, to obtain income equitably, perfect the local government's supporting policy to the rural areas, and establish and perfect the urban-rural income distribution mechanism. Thus promoting a more balanced urban and rural income distribution, reasonable.
