【摘要】：在全国区域经济发展的大环境前提下，以经济点网结构理论为基础，在赣、粤、闽、湘四省的区域范围内打造以赣州市为中心，以及其周边八市腹地范围为依托的国家级赣粤闽湘边际经济区，建成区域性的经济协调可持续发展综合经济区。本文采用理论研究和实践应用相结合，，定性与定量分析相结合的方法。立足中国区域经济发展的国情基础上，结合赣粤闽湘四省九市的区域实际，通过借鉴国内其他城市群的区域一体化的经验，对边际经济区的建立进行了全面分析，提出边际经济区的建立对我国区域协调发展有着非常重要的意义，占据着有利的条件，通过城市竞争力比较分析，以调整区域结构、整合区域资源、合理布局产业促进产业的一体化发展。从经济区建立的必要性及意义出发，得出经济区建设的可行性条件。区域经济的一体化的实现，有助于改变经济区的区位优势变为竞争优势，在更大的范围内实现经济区的资源共享、技术经济合作，在新一轮中国城市群发展中获得更大的发展空间，有力推动省域边际地区的发展，积极融合入泛长三角、海西经济区等外围区域合作中。
[Abstract]:Under the premise of the national regional economic development, based on the theory of economic point network structure, Ganzhou City is the center in the regional scope of Jiangxi, Guangdong, Fujian and Hunan provinces. And the marginal economic zone of Jiangxi, Guangdong, Fujian and Hunan, which is based on the hinterland range of its surrounding eight cities, has been built into a regional comprehensive economic zone of coordinated and sustainable development. This paper combines theoretical research with practical application. Based on the national conditions of China's regional economic development, combined with the regional reality of Jiangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan and nine cities, the paper draws lessons from the experience of regional integration of other urban agglomerations in China. This paper analyzes the establishment of the marginal economic zone in an all-round way, and points out that the establishment of the marginal economic zone is of great significance to the coordinated development of China's regions and occupies favorable conditions. In order to adjust the regional structure, integrate the regional resources and rationally distribute the industry to promote the integrated development of industry, from the necessity and significance of the establishment of the economic zone, the feasible conditions of the construction of the economic zone are obtained. The realization of the integration of regional economy will help to change the regional advantage of economic zone into competitive advantage, and to realize the sharing of resources and technical and economic cooperation in the economic zone in a larger scope. In the new round of development of China's urban agglomeration, it has gained more development space, has the power to promote the development of marginal areas in the province, and actively integrates into the peripheral regional cooperation such as the Pan Yangtze River Delta, the Hercynian Economic Zone and so on.
