【摘要】：河北省进入二十一世纪后，对外开放成效明显，经济的发展迅速，但是目前突显出来的环境污染问题提示了河北省的产业结构不甚合理。那么如何优化产业结构？外商直接投资会对河北省的产业结构调整产生什么样的影响？解决以上问题还需要更多的探讨。从全国角度上看，河北省作为经济欠发达的东部省份，对它的研究可以为其他与河北省状况相似的省份提供一定的参考价值。本文首先分析了河北省外商直接投资的基本状况，描述了河北省外商直接投资的投资规模、行业分布、地区分布和产业分布等四个方面，综合探讨外商直接投资对我省产业结构优化升级的传导路径。其次，基于上述的现状分析，，从正反两方面分析了外商直接投资对我省产业结构的影响，并且进行了实证检验，证明了外商直接投资与河北省产业结构之间存在长期的因果关系。最后,本文提出了合理利用外商直接投资优化河北省三次产业结构的相关建议。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, Hebei Province has achieved remarkable results in opening up to the outside world and rapid economic development. However, the problem of environmental pollution in Hebei Province is not reasonable. So how to optimize the industrial structure? What kind of impact will FDI have on the adjustment of industrial structure in Hebei Province? From a national point of view, Hebei Province is an underdeveloped eastern province. The research on it can provide some reference value for other provinces similar to Hebei Province. This paper first analyzes the basic situation of foreign direct investment in Hebei Province, describes the investment scale, industry distribution, regional distribution and industrial distribution of foreign direct investment in Hebei Province. This paper comprehensively discusses the transmission path of FDI to the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of our province. Secondly, based on the analysis of the current situation above, this paper analyzes the impact of FDI on the industrial structure of our province from the positive and negative aspects. And has carried on the empirical test, has proved the foreign direct investment and the Hebei Province industrial structure has the long-term causality. Finally. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the third industrial structure of Hebei province by using foreign direct investment reasonably.
