【摘要】：20世纪末开始,旅游业在世界范围内快速发展,对国际经济产生极其深远的影响，受到学术界的广泛关注。据世界旅游理事会(WTTC)公布的研究报告称,旅游经济的增加值对全球GDP的贡献已经居于首位,成为世界第一大产业。山东省自古以来都是中国的一个大省，具有深厚的历史文化积淀，旅游产业发展较其他地区更加迅速。青岛作为山东半岛蓝色经济区建设的龙头城市，与国内其他沿海城市相比,具有独特的海洋资源优势。2013年是青岛发展蓝色经济的重要时间节点，，青岛市委市政府高度重视这一发展战略，与其相关的旅游产业也由此得到了快速发展。本文首先阐明和界定相关概念及范围，进一步明确旅游对经济的影响分析工具常用的有乘数分析方法、投入产出分析方法、旅游卫星账户方法等。从而为进一步定量分析打下理论基础。本文在前人的研究范例基础上,采用SWOT法对青岛市发展蓝色旅游业进行了详细的分析，论述了新形势下青岛发展蓝色旅游业面临的机遇和挑战,并初步分析了青岛近年来的旅游发展态势。在本文第四章重点部分先分析旅游和经济的关系，旅游业对经济影响的途径和渠道，从而为下一步研究经济效应提供理论依据。本文充分利用搜集到的山东省和青岛市相关数据,对青岛蓝色旅游对经济的影响效应进行了试探性的研究。分别运用定性、定量、纵横比较等不同的分析方法测算旅游业对区域经济的影响。通过分析得出结论,针对发现的问题从政府角度、宏观微观角度提出了具体措施。
[Abstract]:Since the end of 20th century, tourism has developed rapidly in the world, which has a profound impact on the international economy. According to a research report released by the World Tourism Council, the added value of the tourism economy has become the world's largest industry and the largest contributor to global GDP. Shandong Province has been a large province of China since ancient times, with profound historical and cultural accumulation, tourism industry development is more rapid than other regions. Qingdao is the leading city in the construction of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone. Compared with other coastal cities in China, Qingdao has a unique advantage of marine resources. In 2013, Qingdao is an important time node for the development of blue economy, Qingdao municipal government attaches great importance to this development strategy. The related tourism industry has also developed rapidly. Firstly, this paper clarifies and defines the related concepts and scope, and further clarifies the multiplier analysis method commonly used in the tools of tourism impact analysis on the economy. The input-output analysis method, the tourism satellite account method and so on lay a theoretical foundation for further quantitative analysis. Based on the previous research examples, this paper analyzes the development of blue tourism in Qingdao by using SWOT method, and discusses the opportunities and challenges that Qingdao faces in the development of blue tourism under the new situation. In the 4th chapter of this paper, the relationship between tourism and economy, the ways and channels of tourism impact on economy are analyzed. In order to provide the theoretical basis for the further study of economic effects. This paper makes full use of the collected data of Shandong and Qingdao. This paper makes a tentative study on the effect of Qingdao blue tourism on the economy. It uses different analytical methods, such as qualitative, quantitative, vertical and horizontal comparison, to measure the impact of tourism on the regional economy, and draws a conclusion through the analysis. In view of the problems found from the government perspective, macro-micro-point of view to put forward specific measures.
