北京对其他省市技术创新扩散强度的影响因素

【摘要】：本文基于2010—2014年北京对30个省市的技术创新扩散指数数据和2009—2013年中国各地区科技统计数据,借助引力模型的基本形式讨论扩散汇地区的技术创新实力、扩散汇地区与北京相对地理距离与技术创新扩散的关系。研究发现,一个地区充裕的创新资源、良好的知识创造能力,以及支持性的创新环境都利于接收来自北京的技术创新扩散。一个地区自身的企业创新能力和创新绩效较强可能会对来自北京的技术创新扩散需求降低。同时距离因素仍然不能忽略,地理距离和扩散汇地区人口因素共同影响成为跨区域互动的重要限制因素。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the technology innovation diffusion index data of 30 provinces and cities in Beijing from 2010 to 2014 and the science and technology statistics from 2009 to 2013 in various regions of China. With the help of the basic form of gravity model, this paper discusses the strength of technological innovation in the diffusion sink area, the relationship between the relative geographical distance between the diffusion sink area and Beijing and the diffusion of technological innovation. It is found that a region has abundant innovation resources. Good knowledge creation ability. Both the supportive innovation environment and the supportive innovation environment are conducive to receiving the diffusion of technological innovation from Beijing. The strong innovation capability and innovation performance of enterprises in a region may reduce the demand for technological innovation diffusion from Beijing at the same time. The separation factor can still not be ignored. The geographical distance and the population factors in the diffused sink area together become the important limiting factors of cross-regional interaction.

【正文快照】： 1引言跨区域技术创新扩散的重要性日益凸显。在当前高速发展又地区间联系高度密切的社会中,落后地区或者企业仅仅依靠自身资源难以快速创新并实现技术追赶。借助技术创新扩散的这个过程,能帮助落后地区或企业快速发展,实现社会技术资源的利用最大化,有效推动社会的整体发展。
