俄罗斯加入WTO以后俄中经贸合作的机遇及挑战

【摘要】：俄罗斯不仅是和中国有漫长边界线的邻国,而且是世界上最大的国家。随着两国关系的不断深化,俄中经贸合作的前景也越来越广阔。目前,中俄关系正处于历史最好时期,已成为睦邻友好和互利合作的典范。为不断深化双方政治、经济、人文等领域的友好关系,为中俄关系的发展作出更大贡献,有必要对中俄两国关系的发展历程进行回顾,对存在的问题进行探讨。 90年代初期,中俄两国都十分重视相互的经贸往来,扩大了沿边的口岸数量,鼓励和保护贸易投资,为两国的经贸合作创造了良好的国际环境,促进了中俄经贸的健康发展。在2000年代,中俄贸易发展迅速。纵观中俄经贸合作近三个世纪的发展历程,我们不难看出两国经贸关系几经兴衰。两国的战略协作伙伴关系随着经贸交往的繁荣变得更加稳固。2008年的国际金融危险后中俄两国高层领导人频繁会晤,目的在于促进和巩固两国之间的互邻友好与经贸合作。在双方共同努力下,两国经贸合作实现强劲复苏,中俄已经互为主要贸易伙伴。 2012年8月22日,俄罗斯加入了世界贸易组织,成为WTO的第156位成员。俄罗斯和中国的经济学家、商人认为,俄罗斯加入世界贸易组织(WTO)将有力推动俄中贸易和投资合作的发展,加入世贸组织后俄罗斯的市场也将变得更加开放。分析人士认为,俄罗斯加入WTO意味着国内投资环境的改善,同时对中国的投资机会也将增加。不过,也存在着新的挑战,如俄罗斯产品将面临中国企业产品的竞争考验。在本文中,笔者分析俄中经贸合作的历史,以及俄罗斯加入世界贸易组织后新的机遇和挑战。这篇论文的最后一章专门对俄中经贸合作的前景与俄罗斯的战略选择进行了分析和阐述。
[Abstract]:Russia is not only a neighbor with a long border with China, but also the largest country in the world. With the deepening of relations between the two countries, the prospects for economic and trade cooperation between Russia and China are getting wider and wider. At present, Sino-Russian relations are in the best period of history and have become a model of good-neighborly friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation, in order to continuously deepen the friendly relations between the two sides in the political, economic, cultural, and other fields. It is necessary to review the development of Sino-Russian relations and discuss the existing problems. In the beginning of 90s, both China and Russia attached great importance to each other's economic and trade exchanges, expanded the number of ports along the border, encouraged and protected trade and investment, and created a good international environment for bilateral economic and trade cooperation. It has promoted the healthy development of Sino-Russian economy and trade. In the 2000s, Sino-Russian trade has developed rapidly. Throughout the development of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation in the past three centuries. It is not difficult to see that the economic and trade relations between the two countries have experienced several ups and downs. The strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries has become more stable with the prosperity of economic and trade exchanges. After the international financial crisis of 2008, the senior leaders of the two countries met frequently. . The aim is to promote and consolidate the friendship and economic cooperation between the two countries. With the joint efforts of the two countries, the two countries have achieved a strong recovery in economic and trade cooperation, and China and Russia have become major trading partners. In August 22nd 2012, Russia joined the World Trade Organization and became the 156th member of the WTO, according to economists and businessmen in Russia and China. Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) will help boost Russian-Chinese trade and investment cooperation, and Russia's markets will become more open after joining the WTO, analysts said. Russia's entry into the WTO means an improved domestic investment climate, as well as increased investment opportunities in China. However, there are new challenges, such as competition for Russian products from Chinese companies. In this paper, the author analyzes the history of Russian-Chinese economic and trade cooperation. The last chapter of this paper is devoted to the analysis and elaboration of the prospect of Russian-Chinese economic and trade cooperation and the strategic choice of Russia.
