论“全球有效发展合作伙伴”议程的演化与前景

【摘要】："全球有效发展合作伙伴"议程的出现是21世纪以来多中心全球化格局在国际发展合作领域中的一个缩影。针对国际发展格局发生的种种变化,我们应坚持在依循中国经验和原则的前提下,以发展中国家的诉求为基础,积极参与个中发展议程以回应传统西方主导的发展援助与治理体系,力求通过中国在国际社会中日益增长的影响力重新型塑国际发展治理体系,从而占据中国在国际发展领域应有的位置和地位。
[Abstract]:The emergence of the "Global effective Development Partnership" agenda is a microcosm of the multi-centric globalization pattern in the field of international development cooperation since 21th century. We should adhere to the premise of China's experience and principles and actively participate in the development agenda in response to the traditional Western-led development aid and governance system on the basis of the demands of developing countries. Through China's growing influence in the international community, it tries to remodel the international development governance system, thus occupying China's due position and position in the international development field.
