适老技术创新研究述评与展望

【摘要】：通过回顾适老技术创新的相关文献,系统梳理了适老技术和适老技术创新的概念,归纳了国内外适老技术创新的理论研究和实践活动,发现领先国家及地区在适老技术创新领域的实践领先、研究成果丰富,中国在该领域产品的种类和技术含量有待提高、技术追赶进程有待加速。鉴于中国老年群体的异质性特征,未来研究需要切合实际国情,引入社会创新、朴素式创新、逆向创新等较新的创新管理理论成果,系统研究适老技术创新的实现机理和引导政策,以期为中国适老技术创新理论研究提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:By reviewing the relevant literature on the technology innovation for the aged, this paper systematically combs the concepts of the technology and the technological innovation for the aged, and sums up the theoretical research and practical activities of the technological innovation for the aged at home and abroad. It is found that the leading countries and regions lead the practice in the field of technological innovation for the aged, and the research results are rich, and the variety and technical content of Chinese products in this field need to be improved. The process of technological catch-up needs to be accelerated. In view of the heterogeneity of the Chinese elderly population, the future research needs to meet the actual situation, introducing social innovation, simple innovation, reverse innovation and other relatively new innovation management theory results. The realization mechanism and guiding policy of the technological innovation for the aged are systematically studied in order to provide a useful reference for the theoretical study of the technological innovation for the aged in China.
