产业集群和专业市场互动发展研究

【摘要】:在我国东部和东南部沿海地区,产业集群形成的“块状经济”现象十分显著,与此同时,在流通领域的专业市场往往与产业集群相伴而生,互动发展,产业集群和专业市场共同促进了我国区域经济的快速发展,这是我国区域经济发展的重要特征之一。专业市场是改革开放后我国商品流通渠道变革的产物,随着我国农村工业化进程的快速推进,专业市场在我国诸多区域,尤其是东南沿海地区获得快速发展。尽管如今销售渠道不断变革,专业市场作为中小企业共享式的销售平台依然发挥着重要作用。 我国区域经济发展的实践亦表明,在产业集群发展较好的地区,比如浙江省,往往有相应的专业市场与之形成较好的互动发展关系。从二者互动的历史进行考察,可以发现有的地区是先形成产业集群,随着产业规模的不断壮大,集群企业对销售渠道的需求日益增加,从而促进了专业市场的形成;而有的地区是先出现了专业市场,随着市场交易规模的扩大,市场逐渐催生了产业集群。产业集群和专业市场的联动发展已经被证明是有效的区域经济发展模式。然而在新时期,网络营销给顾客提供新的获取或了解产品机会,加上信息技术和快递行业的迅速发展,这些均为渠道变革提供了新的可能性。与此同时,新商业模式也改变甚至冲击着我国产业集群和专业市场的运营体系和管理模式,这使得产业集群和专业市场呈现出新的互动发展形式和特征。 本文以我国传统的制鞋和服装行业中四个典型地区的产业集群和相关专业市场为研究对象,以探寻我国产业集群和专业市场互动发展的一般机理及特征,并试图探察在新时期我国典型区域的产业集群和专业市场互动发展的新模式。四个研究样本分别来自山东青岛女鞋产业集群、浙江海宁皮革产业集群、福建泉州制鞋产业集群、江苏常熟服装产业集群及相对应的专业市场,它们在服装和制鞋产业中保持着良好的发展态势,并且各具特色,因此具有较大的研究价值。文章首先梳理了产业集群和专业市场的相关理论,以总结之前学者对于产业集群和专业市场的研究成果,在此基础上总结出产业集群和专业市场内存在的分工网络,并对二者互动发展的一般机理进行了理论推演,最后以四个地区产业集群和专业市场的互动发展为案例,分析了当前我国产业集群和专业市场互动发展的现状、存在的制约因素及问题,在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。本文的创新点在于之前学者的研究多选择一个典型区域作为研究对象,这样得出的结论往往阐释了某一区域产业或市场发展的特殊要素,当尚不具有普遍的指导意义,为规避此缺陷,本文在我国制鞋和服装行业选取了四个典型地区作为研究样本,四个样本分别为山东、浙江、江苏、福建省内典型产业集群和相关的专业市场,这四个区域为我国“集聚经济”的典型代表,对其做深入研究可大致探察我国产业集群和专业市场互动发展的一般概况;此外,本文从集群和市场的微观经济主体出发,推演了产业集群和专业市场互动发展的一般机理,将产业集群和专业市场的互动发展划分为四个阶段,并总结了每个阶段的发展特征,这可能为研究产业集群和专业市场的互动关系提供了一些新的思路和视角。
[Abstract]:In China's eastern and southeastern coastal areas, the formation of industrial clusters "massive economy" phenomenon is very significant. At the same time, in the circulation of specialized market and industrial clusters often accompanied, interactive development, industrial cluster and specialized market jointly promote China's regional economic development, which is one of the important features of regional the economic development of our country. The professional market is the product of commodity circulation channel change in our country after the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China's rural industrialization process, the professional market in many regions of China, especially in the southeast coastal areas to achieve rapid development. Although sales channels continue to change, the professional market as small and medium enterprises share sales the platform is still playing an important role.
The practice of regional economic development in China also shows that the developed areas in the industrial cluster in Zhejiang Province, for example, often have the corresponding professional market and the relationship between the formation of good interactive development. Inspect the interaction from the two party history, can be found in some areas is the formation of industrial clusters, with the growing scale of industrial cluster. Demand for enterprise sales channels is increasing, thus promoting the formation of professional market; and some areas are first appeared in the professional market, with the expansion of market scale, the market gradually gave birth to the industrial cluster. The linkage development of industry cluster and the professional market has been proved to be effective mode of regional economic development. However, in the new in network marketing to provide customers with new products or understand the acquisition opportunities, the rapid development of information technology and the courier industry plus, all these provide a new channel change At the same time, the new business mode also changes and even impacts the operation system and management mode of China's industrial cluster and specialized market, which makes the industrial cluster and specialized market showing new interactive development forms and characteristics.
Based on the industrial cluster of four typical regions in China's traditional footwear and clothing industry and related professional market as the research object, to explore the general mechanism and characteristics of industrial clusters in China and the interactive development of the professional market, and tries to explore in the new period of China's typical regional industrial clusters and the new mode of interactive development of the professional market four. The samples are from Shandong Qingdao shoes industry cluster, Zhejiang Haining leather industry cluster, Fujian Quanzhou shoe industry cluster, Jiangsu Changshu garment industry cluster and professional market, they maintained a good momentum of development in the clothing and footwear industry, and their own characteristics, so it has great research value. This article first combing the relevant theory of industrial cluster and specialized market, to summarize the previous scholars on industrial cluster and specialized market research results, on the basis of the total There is a knot of industrial clusters and specialized market in the network of division of labor, and the general mechanism of the two interactive development of the theory, and finally to the interactive development of four regional industrial clusters and specialized market as an example, analyzed the current situation of China's industrial cluster and professional market interaction development present situation, restrictive factors and problems on this basis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The innovation of this paper is the previous multi select a typical region as the research object, so the conclusion is often explained the specific elements of a regional industry or market development, when there is no universal significance, in order to avoid this defect. This paper in China's footwear and apparel industry selected four typical area as the study sample, four samples respectively in Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian Province, a typical industrial cluster and related professional market This, the four area is a typical representative of China's "agglomeration economy", to do a thorough research on its general situation in China can be roughly explored the industrial cluster and the interactive development of the professional market; in addition, from the micro economy cluster and market of deduction of the general mechanism of industrial cluster and specialized market development, will divide the interaction development between the industrial clusters and professional markets into four stages, and summarizes the development characteristics of each stage, which may provide some new ideas and perspectives for the study of the interactive relationship between industrial cluster and professional market.
