产业同构与产业选择:理论综述

【摘要】：从产业同构的价值判断、影响因素和测度方法以及产业选择的基准和方法5个方面,对产业同构和产业选择的相关理论研究进行了综述,旨在为分析当前中国区域经济突出的产业同构问题提供理论基础。指出:分析产业同构问题,应注意区分"合意性趋同"和"非合意性趋同",主要围绕政府行为寻找成因;为避免非合意性产业同构而进行产业选择时,应综合考量国际基准和国内基准,可从要素配置效率的角度出发进行主导产业选择。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the relevant theoretical studies of industrial isomorphism and industrial selection from five aspects: the value judgment of industrial isomorphism, the influencing factors and measurement methods, and the benchmarks and methods of industrial selection. The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the industrial isomorphism in China's regional economy at present. It is pointed out that in order to analyze the industrial isomorphism, we should pay attention to the distinction between "consensus" and "non-consensus", and mainly focus on the causes of government behavior. In order to avoid the isomorphism of non-consensual industries, the international and domestic benchmarks should be considered synthetically, and the leading industries can be selected from the angle of factor allocation efficiency.
