“一带一路”倡议与“发展之路”计划对接——基于蒙古国国家安全战略影响因素分析

【摘要】：蒙古国"发展之路"计划是基于"草原之路"计划在中蒙两国之间形成共识的新提法,其基本内涵没有改变。作为"一带一路"北线的重要节点,蒙古国是中国需要进一步加强合作的主要对象。"一带一路"倡议与"发展之路"计划对接具有良好的合作基础,符合中蒙双边利益。推进"一带一路"与"发展之路"对接,不仅可以促进"一带一路"建设,而且可为我国营造北部安全环境提供保障。然而,蒙古国国家安全战略在政治、经济、文化等方面的取向对"一带一路"与"发展之路"对接具有消极影响。
[Abstract]:The Mongolian "Road to Development" program is based on the new formulation of the "Prairie Road" program, which has formed a consensus between China and Mongolia, and its basic connotation has not changed. As an important node of the "Belt and Road" Northern Line, Mongolia is the main object of China's need to further strengthen its cooperation. The "Belt and Road" initiative has a good foundation for cooperation with the "Road to Development" program, which is in line with the bilateral interests of China and Mongolia. It can not only promote the construction of "Belt and Road", but also provide a guarantee for China to create a security environment in the north. However, Mongolia's national security strategy is political and economic. The orientation of culture has a negative influence on the docking of Belt and Road and the road of development.
