广安经济技术开发区发展问题研究

【摘要】：经济技术开发区是随着中国改革开放政策的推行而建设和发展起来的，并逐步从我国东部沿海地区扩展到中西部地区。三十年来，开发区在招商引资、结构调整、解决就业、改善民生、推动城镇化进程中发挥了不可磨灭的积极作用。广安经济技术开发区设立于1996年7月，是国家级经济技术开发区。经过近二十年的发展，广安经开区招商引资成效显著，对其他园区的带动和引导作用明显，有效推动了当地工业经济的发展。本文在总结借鉴前人研究的基础上，分析了广安经济技术开发区的发展状况、发展存在的主要问题，，并在总结其他成熟经开区发展经验的基础之上，对广安经开区未来发展方向提出了参考性建议：进一步完善体制机制、进一步明确产业发展方向、进一步完善园区发展环境、进一步加大创新力度。
[Abstract]:Economic and Technological Development Zone is China with the policy of reform and opening up and promoting the construction and development, and gradually from the eastern coastal areas of China extended to the central and western regions. In thirty years, the Development Zone in the investment, structural adjustment, to solve the employment, improve people's livelihood, play an indelible positive role promote the urbanization process in Guang'an. Economic and Technological Development Zone was established in July 1996, is the national economic and Technological Development Zone. After nearly twenty years of development, Guang'an Economic Development Zone investment effect, to park the leading and guiding role, effectively promote the development of the local industrial economy.
In this paper, based on the previous research, it analyzes the development situation of Guang'an economic and Technological Development Zone, the main problems existing in the development, and summarized the other mature development experience based on the open area, Guang'an Economic Development Zone on the future development direction put forward some reference suggestions: to further improve the institutional mechanisms to further clarify the industry development the direction, to further improve the development environment of the park, to further increase innovation.
