对外直接投资、技术创新与我国产业结构升级

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的深入发展,进行对外直接投资已成为各国参与国际竞争的重要方式,并且成为推动全球经济发展的重要力量。通过对外直接投资不仅可以使资源在全球范围内得到更加合理的配置,还可以推动科学技术在国家间的迅速传播与发展。一直以来,产业结构升级都是一国经济发展的重要议题,产业结构升级可以通过资源和要素在国际间的流动和转移实现,而进行对外直接投资已成为推动一国产业结构升级的重要路径。通过对外直接投资,一国可以获得国外先进的技术,加快本国的技术创新,加速产业结构的调整与升级。近年来,我国对外直接投资迅速增加,对我国经济发展影响深远,其意义不仅在于为我国企业寻求原材料、开拓国际市场、获取先进技术和管理经验以提升我国企业的竞争力,更是推动我国产业结构升级、促进我国经济发展的重要引擎。在此背景下,本文回顾了对外直接投资对产业结构升级影响的相关理论,并在此基础上介绍了对外直接投资促进产业结构升级的机制,进一步分析了对外直接投资通过技术创新这一中介效应对产业结构升级的影响机制,并结合我国现状通过构建计量经济模型,将理论与实证相结合,研究我国对外直接投资通过技术创新对我国产业结构升级的影响。首先,本文选取2003-2011年我国各省份的相关数据,对我国对外直接投资与产业的结构升级二者的关系进行检验分析,再引入技术创新这一中介变量,考察我国对外直接投资能否通过技术创新这一中介变量促进我国的产业结构升级。结果显示：我国对外直接投资的确可以通过技术创新促进我国的产业结构升级,但这种促进作用还有待提高,并且东部的产业结构升级效应要大于中西部地区。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization, foreign direct investment has become an important way for countries to participate in international competition. And has become an important force in promoting global economic development. Through foreign direct investment, not only can resources be allocated more rationally around the world, but also science and technology can be promoted to spread and develop rapidly among countries. The upgrading of industrial structure is an important topic for a country's economic development. The upgrading of industrial structure can be realized through the flow and transfer of resources and elements in the international community. Foreign direct investment has become an important way to promote the upgrading of a country's industrial structure. Through foreign direct investment, a country can acquire advanced foreign technology and speed up its own technological innovation. In recent years, China's foreign direct investment (FDI) has increased rapidly, which has a profound impact on China's economic development. Its significance lies not only in seeking raw materials for Chinese enterprises, but also in opening up international markets. The acquisition of advanced technology and management experience to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises is an important engine to promote the upgrading of our industrial structure and the development of our economy. This paper reviews the theory of the influence of FDI on the upgrading of industrial structure, and then introduces the mechanism of FDI promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the mechanism of FDI's influence on industrial structure upgrading through the intermediary effect of technological innovation, and combines the theory with the empirical analysis by constructing econometric model in the light of the present situation of China. This paper studies the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the upgrading of China's industrial structure through technological innovation. Firstly, this paper selects the relevant data of China's provinces from 2003 to 2011. This paper examines and analyzes the relationship between China's foreign direct investment (FDI) and industrial structural upgrading, and then introduces the intermediary variable of technological innovation. The result shows that China's foreign direct investment can promote the upgrading of China's industrial structure through technological innovation. But the promotion effect needs to be improved, and the upgrading effect of industrial structure in the east is greater than that in the central and western regions.
