【摘要】：随着国内大城市总部经济的纵深发展，出现了同一城市内部发展多个总部集聚区的现象。而一些城市内部缺乏良好的格局定位，使得各个城区在总部企业的招商过程中形成了恶性竞争，最终使总部经济陷入了“红海”。以城市内部各区块作为空间比较对象的总部经济发展研究，对明确城区总部经济发展的方向性选择以及城市总部经济发展的整体格局具有参考价值。本文在归纳国内和国外学者的研究成果及其应用实践的基础上，对总部经济理论进行梳理。并深入探讨了总部经济差异化发展机理以及已有的总部经济发展能力评级体系的适当性。在此基础上，根据城区比较的实际情况，构建杭州城区总部经济发展能力的评价体系，利用因子分析法对诸多影响城区总部经济发展能力的要素进行降维处理，得出影响城区间总部经济发展能力差异的主要影响因子，从而对杭州六大城区总部经济发展能力进行实证评价，并结合城区现状，深入比较了各主因子包含的相关要素。最后，基于总部经济差异化发展机理，，对应各城区总部经济综合发展能力强弱与各城区不同方面的因子优势，得出了各城区适于发展的总部经济的层次与类型的结论，并根据结论提出了各城区总部经济差异化发展的政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the deep development of the headquarters economy in the big cities in China, the phenomenon of developing multiple headquarters agglomerations within the same city appears. However, some cities lack a good pattern orientation. As a result, various urban areas have formed vicious competition in the process of attracting investment from headquarters enterprises, and finally, the headquarters economy has fallen into the "Red Sea." the headquarters economic development study, which takes each block within the city as a spatial comparison object, It has reference value to clarify the direction choice of urban headquarters economic development and the overall pattern of urban headquarters economic development. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars' research results and their application practice, The theory of headquarters economy is combed out, and the mechanism of headquarters economic differentiation and the appropriateness of the existing rating system of headquarters economic development ability are discussed in depth. On this basis, according to the actual situation of urban area comparison, This paper constructs the evaluation system of the economic development ability of the headquarters in Hangzhou city, uses the factor analysis method to reduce the dimension of many factors that affect the economic development ability of the urban headquarters, and obtains the main influencing factors that affect the difference of the economic development ability of the headquarters between the urban areas. This paper makes an empirical evaluation on the economic development ability of the headquarters of the six major urban areas in Hangzhou, and compares the relevant factors contained by the main factors in combination with the present situation of the city. Finally, based on the development mechanism of the headquarters economic differentiation, Corresponding to the strength of the comprehensive development ability of the headquarters economy in each urban area and the factor advantages in different aspects of the urban area, the conclusion is drawn that the level and type of the headquarters economy in each urban area is suitable for development. According to the conclusion, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions of the economic differentiation development of the headquarters in each urban area.
