我国乳制品企业对外直接投资技术寻求效应分析

【摘要】：随着自贸协定的推动以及"二胎"政策的全面开放,我国消费者对乳制品的需求与日俱增。但以散户为主的中国原奶生产模式制约着中国乳业的发展,这种经营方式规模小、技术水平低,最重要的是不具备生产高附加值产品的先进技术,导致我国乳品无法满足需求。所以,在"一带一路"战略实施和我国对外直接投资放宽限制的背景下,研究我国乳制品企业基于技术寻求目的的对外直接投资效应成为可能,对我国乳企学习国外企业的管理经验和先进技术,努力提升产品品质拉低生产成本,全方位提升竞争力具有重要的意义。本文共六章,在技术寻求型OFDI理论、技术溢出效应等相关理论的基础上,首先分析了我国乳制品企业外直接投资现状及技术寻求的原因和实现条件;其次,笔者在借鉴前人研究的成果基础上建立新的对外直接投资技术寻求效应评价体系,随后结合大型国内乳制品企业的海外拓展业务,如光明乳业和伊利集团,评价我国已有的乳制品企业对外直接投资技术寻求效应与实际情况的差距,并借鉴国内制造业企业的成功案例总结经验;最后,基于以上分析提出我国相关乳制品企业实现技术寻求型对外直接投资的对策以及展望。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the FTA and the overall opening of the "two-child" policy, the demand for dairy products is increasing in China. However, the Chinese raw milk production model, which is dominated by retail investors, restricts the development of China's dairy industry, and the scale of this mode of operation is small. The technical level is low, and the most important thing is that we do not have the advanced technology to produce high value-added products, which results in our dairy products being unable to meet the demand. Therefore, in the context of the implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy and the relaxation of restrictions on China's foreign direct investment, It is possible to study the effect of foreign direct investment (FDI) of Chinese dairy enterprises based on technology, to learn from the management experience and advanced technology of foreign enterprises, and to improve the quality of dairy products and reduce the cost of production. There are six chapters in this paper, which are based on the theory of technology seeking OFDI, technology spillover effect and so on. Firstly, it analyzes the present situation of foreign direct investment in dairy enterprises and the reasons and conditions of technology seeking. Secondly, the author establishes a new evaluation system of foreign direct investment technology seeking effect on the basis of the previous research results. Then combining with the overseas expansion of large domestic dairy enterprises, such as Guangming Dairy and Yili Group, the author evaluates the gap between the foreign direct investment (FDI) technology of dairy enterprises in China and the actual situation. Finally, based on the above analysis, the author puts forward the countermeasures and prospects for the realization of technology-seeking foreign direct investment (FDI) by the relevant dairy enterprises in China.
