我国区域经济协同发展度的动态评估及空间分异研究

【摘要】：区域经济一体化是当今世界经济发展的重要特征之一,其与区域经济协同发展理念不谋而合,我国政府近期政策导向也蕴涵区域经济协同发展内核,表明区域经济协同发展的研究成为热点论题。按照复杂系统的演化规律,区域经济系统在一定条件下能够从无序到有序,从而使得整个经济系统高效率高协同发展,这为我国区域经济的发展指明了新的道路。在现阶段,究竟我国区域间经济协同发展的现状如何、表现出怎样的时空特征,这是这篇文字的核心内容。 本文对国内外研究成果进行了回顾和梳理,分析区域经济协同发展内涵和机制,指出地方保护水平、区域比较优势度和要素自由流动水平是区域经济协同发展的重要影响因素,区域经济总体水平、区域经济总体效率和区域经济联系水平为主要表现特征,进而确立区域经济协同发展的评价标准和指标体系。然后,运用扩展的DEA方法,对我国不同空间尺度1993-2012年的区域经济协同发展度进行分阶段分析,并采用全局Moran'sⅠ、局部Moran散点图、空间聚类图等方法,研究我国区域经济协同发展度的空间演化特征。结果表明：1993-2012年我国区域经济协同发展总体处于中级水平,东、中、西部梯级差异明显,东、中、西部之间及东部地区内部协同发展差距扩大,中、西部地区内部差距缩小；另外,第二阶段(2003-2012)的协同发展度较第一阶段(1993-2002)有所提升,29省市、三大地区、东部内部省市间的差距扩大,近年来部分地区差距缩小；最后,近二十年我国区域经济协同发展度空间效应明显,存在显著的正空间相关。
[Abstract]:Regional economic integration is one of the important characteristics of economic development in the world today. It coincides with the concept of coordinated development of regional economy. Our government's recent policy guidance also contains the core of regional economic coordinated development. According to the evolution law of complex system, regional economic system can change from disorder to order under certain conditions, so that the whole economic system can develop in high efficiency and coordination. This indicates a new way for the development of regional economy in our country. At the present stage, what is the present situation of the coordinated development of regional economy in our country and what space-time characteristics are shown, which is the core content of this text. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research achievements, analyzes the connotation and mechanism of regional economic coordinated development, and points out the level of local protection. The degree of regional comparative advantage and the level of free flow of factors are the important influencing factors of regional economic coordinated development. The overall level of regional economy, the overall efficiency of regional economy and the level of regional economic linkage are the main characteristics. Then, the evaluation standard and index system of regional economic coordination development are established. Then, by using the extended DEA method, the paper analyzes the degree of regional economic coordination development in different spatial scales from 1993 to 2012, and adopts global Moran's 鈪，
