多元复合系统协调度研究

【摘要】:复合系统普遍是由具有统一发展目标的不同属性、不同功能的系统通过结构化整合而形成的相对较复杂的系统,其内部结构具有动态性及相互矛盾性。以黑龙江省地区为例,将水资源系统与地区经济系统和社会系统相结合,综合分析复合系统协调度的发展变化特点与规律。评价的过程中,分别将3个子系统作为独立系统,运用层次分析法明确评价指标体系,同时构建适用于多元复合系统协调度评价的模型,经计算得到黑龙江省多年内水资源-经济-社会复合系统协调度的演变规律和省内各市(地区)之间的差异状况,并依据子系统之间的协调度差异,并通过差异化对比总结了5个不同的协调发展类型。
[Abstract]:The composite system is generally a relatively complex system formed by the different attributes and functions of the system with unified development objectives, and its internal structure is dynamic and contradictory. Take Heilongjiang Province as an example. By combining water resources system with regional economic system and social system, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development and change characteristics and laws of the coordination degree of composite system. In the process of evaluation, three subsystems are regarded as independent systems, respectively. The evaluation index system is defined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). At the same time, a model suitable for the evaluation of coordination degree of multivariate composite system is constructed. The evolution law of coordination degree of water resources, economy and society in Heilongjiang Province and the difference among cities (regions) in Heilongjiang Province are obtained by calculation, and according to the difference of coordination degree among subsystems, Five different types of coordinated development are summarized through differentiation comparison.
