外群歧视与流动人口家庭收入

【摘要】：地区经济发展的不平衡、城乡经济水平的差距和户籍制度的松动,导致了大规模的人口流动。以2014年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测调查数据为样本,对外群歧视与流动人口家庭收入的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,外群歧视对于流动人口的家庭收入有着显著负向的影响,并随着家庭收入分布水平的提高,这种影响越来越明显。另外,到东部城市就业、跨省流动或者在一级劳动力市场工作的流动人口受到外群歧视的影响更大,收入下降更多。
[Abstract]:The imbalance in regional economic development, the disparity between urban and rural economic levels and the loosening of the household registration system have led to large-scale population mobility. An empirical study was carried out on the relationship between external group discrimination and the family income of the floating population. The results show that the discrimination of the external group has a significant negative effect on the family income of the floating population, and with the increase of the level of family income distribution, the external group discrimination has a negative effect on the family income of the floating population. In addition, migrants who move across provinces or work in the first level of the labour market are more affected by discrimination and lower incomes in eastern cities.
