所有制改革的方向及其价值论依据

【摘要】：以自己劳动为基础的个人所有制具有两种实现形式:一种是以自己劳动为基础的实物形态生产资料个人所有制;另一种是以自己劳动为基础的价值形态的生产资料个人所有制。资本主义私有制不是资本家以自己劳动为基础的个人所有制,而是以剥削他人劳动为基础的个人所有制。社会主义公有制实行的是生产资料所有权全民所有(其实是国家所有),是对以自己劳动为基础的个人所有制的扬弃。我国所有制形式的改革应该建立以自己劳动为基础的价值形态生产资料个人所有制为目标。因为这是马克思所指出的重新建立的个人所有制,在社会主义市场经济建设时期具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Personal ownership based on one's own labor has two forms of realization: one is the personal ownership of means of production based on one's own labor; The other is the individual ownership of the means of production, which is based on the value form of one's own labour. Capitalist private ownership is not a capitalist individual ownership based on one's own labour. The socialist public ownership is the ownership of the means of production by the whole people (in fact, it is owned by the state, it is the sublation of the individual ownership based on one's own labor). The reform of the form of ownership in our country should be aimed at establishing a form of value based on one's own labour, that is, the individual ownership of the means of production, because this is the re-establishment of individual ownership as pointed out by Marx. In the socialist market economy construction period has the important realistic significance.
