“一带一路”背景下中国与土耳其的国际产能合作

【摘要】：土耳其是"一带一路"的关键节点国家之一,是中国推动国际产能与投资合作的重要伙伴。土耳其经济优势和投资竞争力突出,"一带一路"倡议为中土产能合作带来了新的机遇。中土国际产能合作的成功案例日益增多,很多合作项目已成为"一带一路"建设的代表性成果。中土产能合作方式日益多样,但依然面临多种风险,特别是金融性与经营性风险较为突出。中国应根据比较优势与经济效益原则有针对性地选择中土产能合作的重点领域,在"一带一路"背景下以新型伙伴关系与渐进式实践提升产能合作实效,加强金融合作以破解融资难题、规避金融风险;创新产能合作方式,并注重风险防范及保障机制建设。
[Abstract]:Turkey is one of the key nodes of Belt and Road. Turkey's economic advantages and investment competitiveness are outstanding, and the "Belt and Road" initiative has brought new opportunities for China-Turkey capacity cooperation. The number of successful cases of Sino-Turkish international capacity cooperation is increasing day by day. Many cooperative projects have become the representative achievements of the construction of "Belt and Road." the modes of cooperation between China and Turkey are increasingly diverse, but they still face a variety of risks. In particular, the financial and operational risks are more prominent. China should choose the key areas of China-Turkey capacity cooperation in accordance with the principles of comparative advantage and economic benefits. Under the background of "Belt and Road", we can improve the actual effect of productivity cooperation with new partnership and progressive practice, strengthen financial cooperation to solve financing problems, avoid financial risks, innovate production capacity cooperation mode, and pay attention to risk prevention and safeguard mechanism construction.
