“一带一路”战略下中哈经贸合作研究

【摘要】：在亚洲中部位置的哈萨克斯坦国,作为世界上最大的内陆国。哈萨克斯坦,资源丰富,国内不断追求政治和经济的稳定和飞速发展。“一带一路”沿线重要国家之一的哈萨克斯坦,与中国双边贸易的发展,对“一带一路”战略的实施发展,已经双方贸易和国内经济的发展都具有非常重要的意义。中国十分重视“一带一路”战略的实施情况,在丝绸之路经济建设的发展过程中,哈萨克斯坦作为发展的重要一环,而且这一计划给两国之间的经贸往来带来了很多的帮助。自两国之间进行贸易往来的时候,到现在贸易的发展已经有了一定的规模。本文通过分析中国与哈萨克斯坦在农业、能源、投资以及基础建设等方面等的贸易发展现状,分析两国的进行贸易发展的优势,经济具备很强的互补性。分析“一带一路”发展战略对中哈双方经贸合作的影响分析其有利作用。双方在“一带一路”背景下开展经贸合作既存在积极因素同时也存在消极因素。两国贸易合作的开展方向基础条件是稳固的,但同时也存在诸如基础设施不完善、结算体系差异以及贸易结构、哈方政治经济环境复杂的因素阻碍着双方合作的顺利进行。因此因就双方贸易中存在的问题,结合“一带一路”的战略大背景,政府不断提出解决对策促进双方贸易的不断深化与发展。两国在经济贸易的发展上,由于在很多方面具有优势的互补性,有很大的发展前景和巨大的发展潜力,双方不断的在建立多方面的贸易发展方式,达成了两国之间互利共赢的发展格局。本文通过对“一带一路”战略下中哈经贸发展状况进行详细分析,提出相关对策建议,对中国与哈萨克斯坦进行经济贸易合作具有较大的理论与实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:Kazakhstan, located in central Asia, is the largest landlocked country in the world.Kazakhstan, rich in resources, the domestic pursuit of political and economic stability and rapid development.The development of bilateral trade between Kazakhstan and China, one of the important countries along "Belt and Road", is of great significance to the implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy and the development of both sides' trade and domestic economy.China attaches great importance to the implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy. In the course of the development of the Silk Road economy, Kazakhstan is an important part of development, and this plan has brought a lot of help to the economic and trade exchanges between the two countries.The development of trade between the two countries has been on a certain scale since the time of trade between the two countries.This paper analyzes the current situation of trade development between China and Kazakhstan in agriculture, energy, investment and infrastructure, and analyzes the advantages of trade development between the two countries. The economy is highly complementary.This paper analyzes the influence of Belt and Road's development strategy on economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.Under the background of Belt and Road, there are both positive and negative factors in carrying out economic and trade cooperation between the two sides.The basic conditions for the direction of trade cooperation between the two countries are firm, but at the same time, there are such factors as imperfect infrastructure, differences in settlement system and trade structure, and the complicated political and economic environment of Kazakhstan hinders the smooth progress of bilateral cooperation.Therefore, in view of the problems existing in bilateral trade and the strategic background of "Belt and Road", the government has constantly put forward solutions to promote the deepening and development of bilateral trade.In the development of economic and trade between the two countries, due to their complementary advantages in many aspects, with great prospects for development and great potential for development, the two sides are constantly establishing a multi-faceted mode of trade development.A mutually beneficial and win-win development pattern was reached between the two countries.Through the detailed analysis of the economic and trade development of China and Kazakhstan under the strategy of "Belt and Road", this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions, which is of great theoretical and practical significance to the economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.
