贵州省人口文化素质与经济发展关系研究

【摘要】：人口文化素质与社会经济存在必然关联,两者间的耦合协调程度是社会与经济可持续发展能力的重要指示。新常态经济下,提高自主创新能力成为我国应对国际挑战,建立创新型国家,实现经济可持续发展的重要保障。人口文化素质是提高自主创新能力最直接的途径,不仅是推动区域经济发展的重要手段,更是国家间综合国力竞争的必然要求。而在中国西部欠发达地区,生活水平较低,社会保障设施漏缺,教育水平落后造成人口文化素质较低。落后的人口文化素质已经成为阻碍我国中西部地区经济社会可持续发展的重要因素。厘清人口文化素质与经济发展水平协调程度,有针对性的提高人口文化素质是我国欠发达省份由人口大省向人力资源强省转变的有效途径,是促进人口全面发展、健康发展、社会经济和谐发展的有效举措。以贵州省1990年-2015年人口文化素质与经济发展水平为研究对象,构建人口文化素质与经济发展水平评价指标体系,从纵向和横向两个角度分析人口文化素质与经济发展之间的关系。从时间和空间对人口文化素质与经济发展进行多角度多层次分析。运用空间自相关方法分析人口文化素质及经济发展水平的空间自相关性,用相关分析和多元逐步回归方法研究影响彼此之间发展的主要因素。最后通过耦合协调模型方法研究人口文化素质与经济发展之间协调统一度,并提出促进人口文化素质提高的建议。研究结果表明:(1)人口文化素质与经济发展水平在时间和空间层面均得到提高,文化素质与经济发展较好地区主要位于以贵阳为中心的核心区,其他边远地区人口文化素质与经济发展水平较落后。(2)人口文化素质与经济发展基本上呈显著正相关关系,其中教师数量的多寡对经济影响最显著,其次为大专以上人口比重,再次是人均受教育年限,文盲率影响较小。在多元逐步回归分析中,经济发展对文化素质的定量研究中,文盲率和人均受教育年限变量被剔除,教师数与大专以上人口比重影响明显;以人口文化素质作为回归因变量时,非农产业占比和人均GDP对人口文化素质提高作用明显,其他指标变量均未进入回归方程。(3)贵州省1990年-2015年耦合协调类型经历了严重失调到高度协调的过程,2000年主要是轻度失调类型,2010年主要是中度协调类型。从空间层面看,高度协调类型区主要位于贵阳周围核心区,其它边远地区协调等级较低。
[Abstract]:The cultural quality of the population and the social economy are inevitably related, and the degree of coupling and coordination between the two is an important indication of the ability of sustainable development of society and economy.Under the new normal economy, it is an important guarantee for our country to meet the international challenge, establish an innovative country and realize the sustainable development of economy.The cultural quality of the population is the most direct way to improve the ability of independent innovation. It is not only an important means to promote the development of regional economy, but also an inevitable requirement for the competition of comprehensive national strength among countries.In the underdeveloped areas of western China, the living standard is low, the social security facilities are missing, and the education level is backward, which results in the lower cultural quality of the population.The backward cultural quality of the population has become an important factor hindering the sustainable development of economy and society in the central and western regions of China.To clarify the degree of coordination between the cultural quality of the population and the level of economic development and to improve the cultural quality of the population is an effective way to transform the underdeveloped provinces from a large province with a large population to a province with strong human resources. It is also an effective way to promote the overall development and healthy development of the population.Effective measures for harmonious social and economic development.Taking the cultural quality of population and the level of economic development of Guizhou Province from 1990 to 2015 as the research object, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of population cultural quality and economic development level.The relationship between the cultural quality of the population and economic development is analyzed from the vertical and horizontal angles.This paper analyzes the cultural quality and economic development of the population from time and space.The spatial autocorrelation of the cultural quality of population and the level of economic development is analyzed by using the spatial autocorrelation method, and the main factors affecting the development of each other are studied by correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression method.Finally, the paper studies the degree of coordination and unity between the cultural quality of population and economic development through the method of coupling coordination model, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the improvement of cultural quality of population.The results show that the cultural quality of the population and the level of economic development have been improved both in time and space, and the areas with better cultural quality and economic development are mainly located in the core area with Guiyang as the center.There is a significant positive correlation between the cultural quality of the population and the economic development in other remote areas. Among them, the number of teachers has the most significant impact on the economy, followed by the proportion of the population above college.Again, the number of years of education per capita, the illiteracy rate has a small impact.In the multiple stepwise regression analysis, in the quantitative study of economic development on cultural quality, the variables of illiteracy rate and the number of years of education were eliminated, and the number of teachers and the proportion of population above college were significantly affected, and when the cultural quality of population was taken as the regression dependent variable,The proportion of non-agricultural industries and GDP per capita have a significant effect on the improvement of the cultural quality of the population.All the other index variables did not enter the regression equation. 3) the coupling coordination type in Guizhou Province experienced the process of serious maladjustment to high coordination from 1990 to 2015, which was mainly mild in 2000 and moderate in 2010.From the spatial level, the highly coordinated type area is mainly located in the core area around Guiyang, while the other remote areas have lower coordination level.
