中日电子产业合作的新变化——以日本电子产业模块化转变为视角

【摘要】：欧美的模块化战略深刻改变了电子产业竞争力、发展格局与价值链流动,迫使日本从企业组织、产品结构与生产体系、产业价值链体系三方面推动模块化转变,并由此催生了中日电子产业合作的新变化,主要表现为贸易地位不平等性与利益分配不对等性的双弱化现象。新变化的方向有利于中方,但中方在产业合作上长期处于被动的局面并未发生根本改变。中国应从研发创新突破、产业合作机制高级化、内部化产业合作规则建立等方面进一步提升自己在产业合作框架中的主动性与主导性,应对日方模块化转变所带来的新挑战。
[Abstract]:The modularization strategy of Europe and the United States has profoundly changed the competitiveness of electronic industry, development pattern and value chain flow, forcing Japan to promote modularization transformation in three aspects: enterprise organization, product structure and production system, and industrial value chain system.As a result, the new changes of Sino-Japanese electronic industry cooperation are spawned, mainly manifested in the double weakening of unequal trade status and unequal distribution of benefits.The new direction of change is beneficial to China, but China's long-term passive situation in industrial cooperation has not fundamentally changed.China should further improve its initiative and leading role in the framework of industrial cooperation from the aspects of R & D innovation breakthrough, advanced industrial cooperation mechanism and the establishment of internalized industrial cooperation rules, so as to cope with the new challenges brought by the modularization transformation of Japan.
