中国新能源企业对外直接投资研究

【摘要】：在产业驱动、政策支持、金融支持以及东道国政策和市场吸引的共同作用下，我国新能源企业在新能源领域的投资位居全球第一。根据彭博新能源财经的数据显示，2012年度，我国新能源投资的流量是23.9亿美元。又据世界资源研究所（WRI）的报告——《中国清洁能源对外直接投资报告》的数据显示，到2012年我国新能源企业对外直接投资存量达400亿美元，分别在33个国家，投资了124个项目，投资形式主要有海外制造工厂、新能源发电项目和资产并购等。因此，本文选取中国新能源企业对外直接投资分析为研究课题。首先系统地梳理了中国新能源企业对外直接投资的现状、特征和动因，回顾了新能源对外投资的政策历程，完整梳理了新能源对外投资的现状，分析了新能源企业对外投资的特征和投资动因；然后系统的对新能源企业对外直接投资的区域和投资风险进行了阐述，归纳了新能源企业对外直接投资的主要国家和地区，并提出了新能源企业对外直接投资中遇到的主要风险；紧接着选取该公司作为典型案例进行分析总结，从太阳能产业中选出率先“走出去”的海润光伏这一微观企业为例介绍了企业概况，然后从政治、商业、管理、财务、法律这五个方面分析了海润光伏对保加利亚进行直接投资的风险；最后以确定投资对象和投资风险两个方面对中国新能源企业对外直接投资给出了主要的对策和建议，探讨新能源企业介入国际市场时，要综合考虑投资东道国的相关条件，合理确定投资项目，积极开拓国内外电站项目，合理选择对外直接投资的对象，引领市场发展方向，，掌握市场主动权，实现自身的市场份额持续优化，要从风险转移、风险控制、风险管理三个方面合理控制对外直接投资的风险。
[Abstract]:Under the combined action of industry drive, policy support, financial support, host country policy and market attraction, the investment of new energy enterprises in the field of new energy in China ranks first in the world. China's investment in new energy was $2.39 billion in 2012, according to Bloomberg New Energy Finance. According to data from the World Resources Research Institute's report "China's Clean Energy outward Direct Investment report", by 2012, the stock of new energy enterprises' foreign direct investment in China had reached 40 billion US dollars, with 124 projects invested in 33 countries, respectively. Investment forms include overseas manufacturing plants, new energy generation projects and asset acquisitions. Therefore, this paper selects China's new energy enterprises foreign direct investment analysis as the research topic. First of all, it systematically combs the current situation, characteristics and motivation of China's new energy enterprises' foreign direct investment, reviews the policy process of new energy's foreign investment, and combs the status quo of new energy's foreign investment. This paper analyzes the characteristics and investment motivation of new energy enterprises' outward investment, and then systematically expounds the regional and investment risks of new energy enterprises' foreign direct investment, and summarizes the main countries and regions of new energy enterprises' foreign direct investment. And put forward the main risks encountered in the new energy enterprises' foreign direct investment, and then selected the company as a typical case to analyze and summarize. From the solar energy industry, select the first "go out", a micro enterprise, as an example, introduced the enterprise profile, and then from the political, commercial, management, financial, These five aspects of the law analyze the risk of direct investment in Bulgaria by Hyundry Photovoltaic; finally, it gives the main countermeasures and suggestions to the foreign direct investment of new energy enterprises in China from the two aspects of determining the object of investment and the investment risk. When new energy enterprises are involved in the international market, they should consider comprehensively the relevant conditions of the host country of investment, rationally determine the investment projects, actively open up domestic and foreign power station projects, reasonably select the object of foreign direct investment, and lead the development of the market. It is necessary to control the risk of foreign direct investment reasonably from three aspects: risk transfer, risk control and risk management.
