我国装备制造企业“走出去”PPP模式的应用研究——基于“一带一路”战略视角

【摘要】："一带一路"沿线大多是发展中国家和新兴经济体,基础设施建设需求旺盛,而且存在较大资金缺口。越来越多的国家和地区在基础设施建设中不再满足于仅仅向装备制造商购买商品,而是更加倾向于以PPP模式参与到项目的建设与经营中,以解决融资问题,并促使供应商更好地提供相关产品与服务。该文研究了国内外装备制造企业PPP模式"走出去"相关案例,提出适合PPP模式"走出去"的装备制造行业类型,对"走出去"面临的风险进行了分析。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road, mostly developing countries and emerging economies, is in high demand for infrastructure construction and has a large funding gap. More and more countries and regions in infrastructure construction are no longer satisfied with only buying goods from equipment manufacturers, but more inclined to participate in the construction and operation of projects with PPP model to solve the financing problem. And promote suppliers to better provide related products and services. This paper studies the relevant cases of "going out" in the PPP mode of domestic and foreign equipment manufacturing enterprises, puts forward the type of equipment manufacturing industry suitable for the "going out" mode of PPP, and analyzes the risk of "going out".
