现阶段中国对美国OFDI的发展及启示

【摘要】：随着新兴市场国家的兴起,发展中国家OFDI日益成为国际投资的重要组成部分。中国对美国OFDI不仅可以加快本国技术革新的步伐,而且对于两国间贸易摩擦的化解具有重大作用。基于此,笔者首先借助历年数据将中国对美国OFDI进行了阶段性划分,并提炼出了相应的结构性特征;接着对影响中国对美国OFDI的相关因素进行了实证分析,得出政治风险、市场规模、研发支出、出口水平和汇率水平与中国对美国的OFDI之间存在长期均衡关系,并据此从宏观与微观两个角度提出了相关的政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of emerging market countries, OFDI in developing countries has become an important part of international investment. China's OFDI can not only accelerate the pace of technological innovation, but also play an important role in resolving the trade friction between the two countries. Based on this, the author classifies the OFDI of the United States by stages with the help of past years' data, and extracts the corresponding structural characteristics, and then carries on the empirical analysis to the related factors that influence China to the United States OFDI, obtains the political risk, There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between market size, R & D expenditure, export level and exchange rate level and China's OFDI to the United States.
