宣城市旅游产业发展促进社会经济发展方式转变研究

【摘要】：近几年来我国经济取得了长足发展,但是,随着我国在全球化发展的大环境下,经济总量不断增大,对资源的需求和对环境造成的破坏程度日益加剧,各方面的投资和居民的消费不成比例,收入分配差距不断拉大,三大产业的结构不尽合理,城乡区域之间发展不够协调,各方面的利益需求多元现象日益显现,大量社会矛盾不断出现。对于出现这些问题的一个重要原因就是经济发展方式转变的缓慢和滞后。因此,只有加快转变社会经济发展方式,才能更好解决我国社会发展中的突出矛盾和问题,结合到具体的不同地区,都应该有自己的一个思考。宣城市作为皖南城市,最近几年经济发展迅速,特别是工业产业发展快速,伴随工业快速发展的同时,一系列问题也随之出现,特别是对建筑业、房地产业的依赖不但加重,工业发展潜力和后劲不足,环境污染等问题也不断显现出来,第二产业的比重较高,旅游业、服务业等第三产业发展不足。本文在分析了宣城市的发展概况后,提出将旅游业作为宣城市社会经济发展方式转变的突破口。旅游产业是一项绿色环保朝阳产业,产业的联动性、带动性较强,产业的辐射面较广,对一二产业的价值提升具有明显促进作用。宣城市作为皖南山区,旅游资源得天独厚,文化氛围浓厚,与江浙沪毗邻,地理位置优越,完全可以通过旅游产业促成其他相关产业转型升级。本文通过近几年宣城市旅游产业发展对地方发展所产生的一系列经济与社会效用进行了研究,发现了目前宣城市旅游产业自身发展和如何推动社会经济发展方式存在的一些主要问题,通过实地调研、查阅资料、问卷调查,对比分析法等方法,得出了宣城市旅游产业在自身做大做强的同时具有进一步促进宣城市社会与经济发展方式转变的可行性。从旅游产业自身发展、产业间相互发展、产业链整合等多角度就如何利用好宣城的旅游资源让其更好的发挥出产业的带动作用作了深入研究,最后就宣城市如何实现旅游产业促进社会经济发展方式转变的提出响应的对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economy of our country has made great progress. However, with the development of globalization, the demand for resources and the damage to the environment are becoming more and more serious. The investment in all aspects is out of proportion to the consumption of the residents, the income distribution gap is widening, the structure of the three major industries is unreasonable, the development between urban and rural areas is not coordinated, and the diversified phenomenon of various interests and demands is becoming increasingly apparent. A large number of social contradictions continue to emerge. An important reason for these problems is the slow and slow change of economic development mode. Therefore, only by speeding up the transformation of the mode of social and economic development, can we better solve the outstanding contradictions and problems in the social development of our country. As a city of southern Anhui, Xuancheng has been developing rapidly in recent years, especially the industrial industry. Along with the rapid development of industry, a series of problems have appeared, especially in the construction industry and the real estate industry. Industrial development potential and stamina are not enough, environmental pollution and other problems are also emerging, secondary industry has a high proportion, tourism, service industry and other tertiary industries are underdeveloped. After analyzing the general situation of Xuancheng's development, this paper puts forward that tourism should be regarded as a breakthrough in the transformation of Xuancheng's social and economic development mode. Tourism industry is a green environmental protection sunrise industry, the industry of the linkage, with a strong role, the radiation of the industry is broader, the value of the first and second industries have a significant role in promoting. As a mountainous area of southern Anhui, Xuancheng is endowed with unique tourism resources, strong cultural atmosphere, adjacent to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and has a superior geographical position. It can promote the transformation and upgrading of other related industries through tourism industry. This paper studies a series of economic and social effects of local development through the development of tourism industry in Xuancheng in recent years. It has found some main problems existing in the tourism industry's own development and how to promote the way of social and economic development in Xuancheng at present. Through on-the-spot investigation, consulting data, questionnaire investigation, comparative analysis and other methods, It is concluded that the tourism industry of Xuancheng has the feasibility of further promoting the transformation of the social and economic development mode of Xuancheng while increasing its own size and strength. Based on the development of tourism industry itself, the mutual development of industries, the integration of industry chain, and so on, how to make good use of the tourism resources of Xuancheng to make it play the leading role of the industry has been deeply studied. Finally, the countermeasures of how to realize the tourism industry to promote the transformation of social and economic development in Xuancheng are put forward.
