2020年我国全面迈入创新型国家行列——基于创新型国家评价体系的视角

【摘要】：我国到2020年进入创新型国家行列,是党的十八大提出的全面建成小康社会的重要目标之一。鉴于创新驱动发展是供给侧结构性改革的关键内涵,制定科学量化的创新型国家评价方法,对于衡量2020年我国是否确实进入创新型国家行列,进而衡量"十三五"时期创新驱动发展战略实施效果和供给侧结构性改革进度,具有非常重要的意义。
[Abstract]:China's entry into the ranks of innovative country by 2020 is one of the important goals of building a well-off society in an all round way put forward by the 18th National Congress of the Party. In view of the fact that innovation-driven development is the key connotation of supply-side structural reform, it is important to establish a scientific and quantitative evaluation method for innovative countries to measure whether China is indeed entering the ranks of innovative countries in 2020. It is of great significance to measure the effect of innovation-driven development strategy and the progress of supply-side structural reform in the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
