异地合作靠“法律”还是“人情”——国内跨区域联盟的控制方式、制度距离与联盟绩效

【摘要】:文章从制度理论指出在中国企业跨区域联盟中,不同控制方式与联盟绩效的关系存在差异,并基于我国境内跨区域企业联盟进行的实证分析,证实了在跨区域联盟中,关系控制比合同控制对联盟绩效产生的积极作用更强。进一步检验了企业联盟伙伴所在区域间的制度距离对联盟控制方式与联盟绩效之间的调节作用,发现关系控制对联盟绩效的影响没有受到制度距离的调节作用,制度距离仅对合同控制与联盟绩效的关系产生负向的调节作用,即合同对联盟绩效的积极作用会因为制度距离的增加而削弱。
[Abstract]:This paper points out that there are differences in the relationship between different control methods and alliance performance in the cross-regional alliance of Chinese enterprises from the system theory. Based on the empirical analysis of cross-regional enterprise alliance in China, it is confirmed that there is a cross-regional alliance in China. Relationship control has more positive effect on alliance performance than contract control. Furthermore, the paper examines the regulatory effect of the institutional distance between the regions where the enterprise alliance partners are located on the alliance control mode and the alliance performance. It is found that the influence of the relationship control on the alliance performance is not affected by the regulatory effect of the institutional distance. Institutional distance only has a negative regulatory effect on the relationship between contract control and alliance performance, that is, the positive effect of contract on alliance performance will be weakened by the increase of institutional distance.
