中国古代环境哲学视阈下中国低碳经济发展研究

【摘要】：内容摘要：人们生活的环境之中,环境是人们生活质量非常重要的指标。人与自然环境之间的相互适应的斗争从未停止。尤其是在人类进入工业文明时期,在同一时间内工业化让人类社会创造了前所未有的物质财富,也带来了对环境的巨大负面影响。目前环境问题己成为人类社会所面临的五大问题之一。在世界经济发展日益受到环境与资源的约束下,各国不得不寻求一种能跨越不同文明、种族之间价值差异,能应对共同的生态危机和能源危机的新的文明价值观。基于这样的背景下,低碳经济成为代表世界经济发展的大趋势,并逐渐成为各级决策者在世界各国的共识。中国共产党的十八大报告将建设生态文明提高到“关系人民福祉、关乎民族未来的长远大计”的高度,把生态文明建设放在了突出地位。十八届三中全会中也提出要紧紧围绕建设美丽中国深化生态文明体制改革,加快建立生态文明制度。低碳经济是不仅体现了自然生态系统的生态文明观的本质,而且包含着生态文明的伦理责任,遵循了可持续发展的生态文明观念。发展低碳经济、建设生态文明,对于解决和摆脱工业文明日益凸显的生态和能源危机,推动人与自然、社会和谐发展具有重要作用,也意味着,意味着中国在面对人与自然关系方面已经达到了较高的文明程度。本文通过运用文献分析法和系统分析法,归纳总结了中国古代哲学中的环境哲学思想,并介绍了低碳经济与可持续发展理论、循环经济、绿色经济、生态文明的辨析,阐述了低碳经济的中国古代环境哲学意蕴,分析了中国发展低碳经济的必要性并指出其面临的现实困境,并提出了制定国家政策、转变经济发展方式、加强低碳技术研发、加强低碳意识教育和构建低碳城市等低碳经济发展的措施。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in people's living environment, environment is a very important indicator of people's quality of life. The struggle between man and the natural environment has never stopped. Especially in the period of industrial civilization, industrialization has created unprecedented material wealth and brought great negative impact on the environment. At present, environmental problems have become one of the five major problems faced by human society. Under the constraints of environment and resources for the development of world economy, countries have to seek a kind of new civilized values which can transcend the differences of values among different civilizations and races, and can cope with the common ecological and energy crises. Based on this background, low-carbon economy has become the main trend of world economic development, and has gradually become the consensus of decision-makers at all levels in the world. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China raised the construction of ecological civilization to the height of "concern for the well-being of the people and the long-term plan for the future of the nation", and put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee also proposed to deepen the reform of ecological civilization system and speed up the establishment of ecological civilization system around the construction of beautiful China. Low-carbon economy not only embodies the nature of ecological civilization of natural ecosystem, but also contains the ethical responsibility of ecological civilization, and follows the concept of sustainable development of ecological civilization. The development of low-carbon economy and the construction of ecological civilization play an important role in solving and getting rid of the increasingly prominent ecological and energy crisis of industrial civilization, promoting the harmonious development of human beings and nature and society, which also means that, This means that China has reached a higher level of civilization in the face of the relationship between man and nature. By using the method of literature analysis and systematic analysis, this paper summarizes the philosophy of environment in ancient Chinese philosophy, and introduces the theories of low-carbon economy and sustainable development, circular economy, green economy and ecological civilization. This paper expounds the implication of ancient Chinese environmental philosophy of low carbon economy, analyzes on the necessity of developing low carbon economy in China and points out the practical difficulties it faces, and puts forward the formulation of national policy, the transformation of economic development mode and the strengthening of research and development of low carbon technology. Strengthen low-carbon consciousness education and build low-carbon cities and other low-carbon economic development measures.
