基于能值理论的威海市生态经济系统可持续发展研究

【摘要】:城市生态经济系统可持续发展的定量分析,一直是地理界研究的热点问题之一。城市生态经济系统作为一个复合系统对其可持续发展定量评价的难点在于如何将系统中不同来源和性质的能量流转化为同种能量流进行统一评价。能值分析理论的出现恰恰解决了这一难题,其能够将不同性质的能量流转换为同一种能流量,进行定量评价。本文将能值分析理论运用到威海市生态经济系统可持续发展能力的评价中,根据威海市的实际情况构建客观合理的指标体系,对威海市生态经济系统进行定量的静态评价、动态评价、对比评价,对系统可持续发展能力的评价以ESI和EISD指标为主,ELR、EWR指标为辅力求实现评价的客观性,在评价过程中发现诸多问题,并得出以下结论:威海市2013年能值总量为2.0081E+23sej,可更新资源能值为6.6605E+22sej,不可更新资源能值为1.0580E+23sej,经济反馈输入能值为2.8409E+22sej,以上三部分占能值总量的百分比分别为26.35%、52.69%、20.78%。系统中的废弃物能值占能值总量的0.19%。从能值总量的构成来看,系统应该降低不可更新资源能值比重,减轻系统环境负载增加系统可持续发展的能力。能值反馈输出能值在数值上是反馈输入能值的3.27倍。系统环境负载率为2.0209表明整个系统的环境负荷状态较低,在系统承受范围之内,但需要引起注意。能值可持续发展指标(ESI)和系统可持续发展能力指标(EISD)分别为3.4967、1.0709,这表明系统处于可持续发展状态中,但可持续发展的能力属于中等强度,可持续发展能力有待提高。威海市在与部分国家和地区的横向对比中发现:威海市的人均能值使用量和电力能值比率远远高于中国以及世界平均水平,电力能值比率接近于美国的平均水平;威海市的能值自给率要高于我国中东部地区的大部分省市,却要低于我国中西部地区的大部分省市;能值货币比率要远远低于世界平均水平和我国大部分省市,但要略高于青岛、上海等个别东部沿海城市。环境负载率要低于中国与美国的平均水平但却要高于世界平均水平。威海市2005—2014年中,生态经济系统呈现以下动态现象:(1)十年中威海市的能值总量、经济反馈输出能值、不可更新资源能值总体呈现增加的态势,可更新资源能值和经济反馈输入能值总体变化平稳。生态经济系统的能值流量结构变化表明:威海市生态经济系统中的高品质的能值不断流出,虽然整个系统的能值总量在增加,但是系统真正获得相对能值财富在持续减少。(2)十年中威海市的环境负载率总体呈现不断上升的趋势这表明:威海市在社会经济快速发展的同时自然生态系统正在承受着越来越大的环境压力。(3)十年中威海市生态经济系统可持续发展能值,在反复波动中呈现减弱的趋势,应该引起重视。
[Abstract]:The quantitative analysis of the sustainable development of urban eco-economic system has always been one of the hot issues in the field of geography. As a complex system, it is difficult to quantitatively evaluate the sustainable development of urban eco-economic system. The difficulty lies in how to transform the energy flow from different sources and properties of the system into the same energy flow for unified evaluation. The emergence of emergy analysis theory solves this problem. It can transform different energy flow into the same energy flow and evaluate quantitatively. In this paper, the theory of emergy analysis is applied to the evaluation of the sustainable development ability of the ecological economy system in Weihai City. According to the actual situation of Weihai City, the objective and reasonable index system is constructed, and the quantitative static evaluation of the ecological economy system of Weihai City is carried out. Dynamic evaluation, comparative evaluation, the evaluation of system sustainable development ability is supplemented by ESI and EISD indexes, and the objectivity of evaluation is realized. Many problems are found in the process of evaluation. The following conclusions are drawn: the total energy value of Weihai in 2013 is 2.0081E 23sej. the renewable resource energy is 6.6605E 22sej. the non-renewable resource energy is 1.0580E 23sej. the economic feedback input energy is 2.8409E 22sej. the percentage of the above three parts in the total energy value is 26.3552.69e and 20.78. respectively. The energy value of waste in the system accounts for 0.19% of the total energy value. From the composition of the total emergy amount, the system should reduce the proportion of non-renewable resource emergy and reduce the system environment load to increase the ability of sustainable development of the system. The emergy feedback output emergy is 3.27 times as much as the feedback input emergy. The system environment load ratio of 2.0209 indicates that the environment load state of the whole system is relatively low, which is within the range of system bearing, but it needs to be paid attention to. The emergy sustainable development index (ESI) and the system sustainable development capability index (EISD) were 3.4967 / 1.0709, respectively, which indicated that the system was in the state of sustainable development, but the ability of sustainable development was moderate, and the ability of sustainable development needed to be improved. The horizontal comparison between Weihai City and some countries and regions shows that the per capita energy use and the power emergy ratio of Weihai City are much higher than the average of China and the world, and the power energy value ratio is close to the average level of the United States; The emergy self-sufficiency rate of Weihai City is higher than that of most provinces and cities in the central and eastern regions of China, but lower than that of most provinces and cities in the central and western regions of China. The ratio of emergy currencies is far lower than the world average and most provinces and cities in China. But to be slightly higher than Qingdao, Shanghai and other eastern coastal cities. Environmental load rates are lower than the average for China and the United States but higher than the world average. In the period 2005-2014 of Weihai City, the eco-economic system presented the following dynamic phenomenon: 1) the total energy value of Weihai City in ten years, the output energy value of economic feedback, the energy value of non-renewable resources showed an overall increasing trend. Renewable resource emergy and economic feedback input emergy changes steadily. The change of emergy flow structure of eco-economic system shows that the emergy of high quality in Weihai eco-economic system is constantly flowing out, although the total emergy of the whole system is increasing, But the environmental load rate of Weihai City has been increasing in the past ten years, which indicates that the natural ecosystem is developing rapidly in Weihai City while the social economy is developing rapidly. Under increasing environmental pressure) in the past ten years, the sustainable development of the ecological and economic system of Weihai City has been valued. The trend of weakening in the repeated fluctuation should be paid attention to.
