一带一路与中国出口企业的战略区位再选择研究

【摘要】:中国在古丝绸之路基础上提出的一带一路战略,是一个倡导和平发展、互利共赢的创新合作理念,也是当前中国为打破出口贸易增速下滑这一困境的重要战略对策。一带一路战略从陆路和海洋两通道进行贸易互通,来寻求新的出口市场扩大产品出口。但是,由于沿线国家与中国出口结构的类似,这就要求企业出口区域的选择不能一概而论,需要有侧重点。因此,在沿线国家内贸易区位的再选择十分值得研究。本文在背景介绍、文献综述、理论依据、首次选择概况的基础上进行区位再选择的实证研究。文献综述部分一方面总结当前一带一路的研究现状,发现实证研究不足,尤其是以全局的视角对沿线国家的贸易分析;另一方面对出口企业区位选择的文献进行研读,发现微观研究不足,尤其是针对不同种类产品的出口区位选择。理论层面则分为国际贸易理论和马克思的经济理论两部分对中国与一带一路沿线国家贸易竞争优势进行理论性描述,为本文的区位选择研究奠定理论基础。首次概况研究则分为大西洋和太平洋两大贸易轴,描述中国出口贸易现状,为区位再次选择提供现实依据。实证研究部分,分为出口相似度指数和区域显示性比较优势指数两个部分具体分析,出口相似度指数分析贸易竞争关系,区域显示性比较优势指数分析竞争优势。实证表明中国与一带一路沿线国家出口贸易的竞争优势主要表现在STIC[5]、STIC[6]、STIC[7]、STIC[8]这四类工业制成品上,其中劳动密集型STIC[6]、STIC[8]两类比资本密集型STIC[5]、STIC[7]]两类较为显著,贸易区位上则中东及西亚地区较为显著,其次是东南亚地区。
[Abstract]:The Belt and Road strategy put forward by China on the basis of the ancient Silk Road is an innovative and cooperative idea that advocates peaceful development and mutual benefit, and it is also an important strategic countermeasure for China to break the predicament of declining export trade growth rate at present. Belt and Road strategy from land and sea to trade between the two channels to seek new export markets to expand the export of products. However, because the export structure of the countries along the route is similar to that of China, the choice of export regions should not be generalized and should be focused on. Therefore, the choice of trade area in the countries along the route is worth studying. On the basis of background introduction, literature review, theoretical basis and the first choice of general situation, this paper conducts an empirical study on location re-selection. The literature review part on the one hand summarizes the current research situation of Belt and Road, and finds that the empirical research is insufficient, especially the trade analysis of the countries along the route from the overall perspective; on the other hand, it studies the literature on the location choice of export enterprises. It is found that the microcosmic research is insufficient, especially the export location choice for different kinds of products. The theoretical level is divided into two parts: international trade theory and Marx's economic theory. It describes the trade competitive advantage between China and the countries along Belt and Road, and lays a theoretical foundation for the study of location choice in this paper. The first survey is divided into two major trade axes, Atlantic and Pacific, to describe the current situation of China's export trade, and to provide a realistic basis for the re-selection of location. The empirical research part is divided into two parts: export similarity index and regional display comparative advantage index, export similarity index to analyze trade competition relationship, regional display comparative advantage index to analyze competitive advantage. The empirical results show that the competitive advantage of export trade between China and countries along the Belt and Road is mainly manifested in the four kinds of manufactured goods: STIC [5] / STIC [6] / STIC [7] / STIC [8], in which the labor-intensive STIC [6] or STIC [8] is more significant than the capital-intensive STIC [5] / STIC [7]. The Middle East and West Asia are more prominent in the trade area, followed by Southeast Asia.
