世界体系视域下日韩经济关系的历史演变（1948-2008）

【摘要】：从1948年到2008年的60年间，日韩经济关系受到来自体系及本国国内双重因素影响，在世界体系中的地位不断发生变化。这种地位的变化对日韩经济关系的演变产生了重要影响。世界体系的经济发展经历了上升-下降-新上升三个阶段。1948-1968年为战后世界体系经济上升阶段。这一时期世界体系内美欧等核心国与游离于体系外的苏东国家对峙形成冷战局面,经过数年经济恢复与发展，日本由边缘升为世界体系半边缘国；韩国在战后融入世界体系，成为体系中半边缘国。日韩在世界体系中所处地位呈现的半边缘-边缘结构特征推动了战后两国经济关系的恢复。 1969-1990年为世界体系经济下降阶段。核心区国家加快向知识密集型产业结构升级，将劳动密集产业向日韩等半边缘、边缘国家转移。在边缘区，亚太地区新兴经济体兴起，为日韩经济发展提供了新鲜血液。日本与韩国经济实力增长使其在世界体系中地位同时上升，中心-半边缘结构密切了日韩经济的联系。 1991-2008年为世界体系经济新上升阶段。苏东剧变后，苏东国家重回世界体系，，日韩投资和贸易的海外市场和对象有所扩大。日韩两国在世界体系中地位趋向稳定，差距逐渐缩小。地位趋稳使韩日经济关系出现了新变化，双方加强了基于区域范围上的合作。同时，因产业结构相似，国内劳动成本提高，日韩在加紧争夺区域内优势资源时，竞争和摩擦在所难免。日韩在世界体系中地位变化有着深层的结构原因。日韩两国经济在世界体系发展周期中反向波动也深受体系及非体系因素影响。日韩经济关系的演变产生了重要的历史影响。
[Abstract]:During the 60 years from 1948 to 2008, the economic relations between Japan and South Korea were influenced by the dual factors of the system and their own countries, and their status in the world system changed constantly. This change in status has had an important impact on the evolution of economic relations between Japan and South Korea. The economic development of the world system has experienced three stages: rise-decline-new rise. 1948-1968 is the postwar world system economy rising stage. During this period, the confrontation between the core countries of the world system, such as the United States and Europe, and the Soviet Union and East countries outside the system formed a Cold War situation. After several years of economic recovery and development, Japan rose from the periphery to the semi-marginal state of the world system, and Korea merged into the world system after the war. To become a semi-marginal state in the system. The semi-marginal structure of Japan and South Korea in the world system promoted the restoration of economic relations between the two countries after the war. 1969-1990 was a stage of economic decline in the world system. The core countries speed up upgrading to the knowledge-intensive industrial structure and transfer the labor-intensive industries to semi-marginal and marginal countries such as Japan and South Korea. In the periphery, emerging economies in the Asia-Pacific region have provided fresh blood for economic development in Japan and South Korea. The growth of economic power between Japan and South Korea increases its position in the world system at the same time, and the center-half-edge structure is closely related to the economy of Japan and South Korea. In 1991-2008, it was a new rising stage of the world system economy. After the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe, the countries returned to the world system, and the overseas markets and targets for investment and trade between Japan and South Korea were expanded. Japan and South Korea tend to stabilize their position in the world system, and the gap gradually narrows. The stabilization of status has brought about new changes in economic relations between South Korea and Japan, and the two sides have strengthened cooperation based on regional scope. At the same time, due to the similar industrial structure and higher domestic labor costs, competition and friction are inevitable when Japan and South Korea are scrambling for regional advantage resources. There are deep structural reasons for the change of the position of Japan and South Korea in the world system. The reverse fluctuation of Japanese and Korean economies in the development cycle of world system is also influenced by system and non-system factors. The evolution of economic relations between Japan and South Korea has had an important historical impact.
