泰州市海陵区经济发展战略研究

【摘要】:江苏省泰州市海陵区作为江苏省中部中心城市的中心城区,改革开放以来,经济发展迅速,多次荣获中国综合实力百强县市、全国首批小康县市等荣誉称号。但由于长江天堑的阻隔,过去交通条件的不利,与苏南城市相比,海陵的发展速度还不快,经济运行质量还不高,接受上海和苏南辐射的能力较弱。 随着近年来基础设施条件的改善,特别是江阴长江大桥的建成,江海高速公路的开通,宁启铁路的建成通车,以及苏中机场的通航。作为长三角经济圈十六个城市中的一员,上海自贸区的利好,泰州又被江苏省列为综合改革试验点,作为主城区的海陵经济社会发展将迎来千载难逢的机遇。海陵必须要充分抓住这一机遇,发挥自身优势,扬长避短,及早规划,统筹谋划海陵发展大计,制定切实可行的发展战略,实现海陵经济社会的可持续发展。 本文运用区域经济发展和区域增长的相关理论,通过对海陵经济发展的历史地位、潜在优势、经济发展的特征与存在问题运用SWOT分析法进行深入剖析,同时借鉴新加坡和江苏昆山的发展经验,提出在海陵的交通条件得到改善,中心城区地位更加显现的历史性时刻,海陵经济应该明确的发展定位、发展方向、发展目标和重点任务,应该采取的战略以及实施该战略的路径和措施。
[Abstract]:As the central city of the central city of Jiangsu Province , Taizhou Hailing District of Jiangsu Province has been named as the center of the central city of Jiangsu Province . Since the reform and opening up , the economic development has been rapidly and many times have been awarded the honorary title of the comprehensive strength of China , the city of the first batch of well - off counties and the like . However , because of the barrier of the Yangtze River and the past traffic conditions , the development speed of the Hailing is not fast , the economic operation quality is not high , and the ability to accept the radiation from Shanghai and South Jiangsu is weak .
With the improvement of infrastructure conditions in recent years , especially the completion of the Yangtze River Bridge , the opening of the Yangtze River Expressway , the completion of the Ningqi Railway and the navigation of the airport in Jiangsu . As a member of the 16 cities of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle , the city of Taizhou is listed as a comprehensive reform test point .
Based on the relevant theories of regional economic development and regional growth , this paper analyzes the historical status , potential advantages and economic development characteristics and existing problems of the economic development of Hailing . At the same time , using the development experience of Singapore and Jiangsu Kunsan , this paper puts forward the historic moment of improving the traffic conditions and the status of the central urban area in the Hauling economy . The Hailing economy should have a clear development orientation , development direction , development goals and key tasks , strategies that should be adopted , and the path and measures to implement the strategy .
