用“文化一带一路”支撑“经贸一带一路”——基于哈萨克斯坦、土耳其的考察

【摘要】：为落实习近平关于推进"一带一路"建设的倡议,特别是关于"切实推进民心相通"的要求,了解我国同"丝绸之路经济带"沿线国家的文化交往现状和存在问题,中国国际文化交流中心赴哈萨克斯坦和土耳其进行实地考察。在考察研讨中,课题组形成了一个重要的共识:要全面落实"一带一路"倡议,必须用"文化一带一路"推进"民心相通",支撑"经贸一带一路"。
[Abstract]:In order to implement the Xi Jinping's initiative to promote the construction of "Belt and Road", in particular the requirement of "earnestly promoting the communion of people's hearts", to understand the present situation and problems of cultural exchanges between China and the countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt", China International Cultural Exchange Center to Kazakhstan and Turkey for field visits. In the course of investigation and discussion, the research group has reached an important consensus: in order to implement the "Belt and Road" initiative in an all-round way, we must use "cultural Belt and Road" to promote "people's hearts and minds" and support "economic and trade Belt and Road".
