国家级新区发展的再认识

【摘要】：阐述了国家级新区的设立背景、过程、空间特征及演变过程;以深圳特区、浦东新区、滨海新区和两江新区为对象,从投资和重大项目、人口和用地、经济总量和用地效益、区域各城市GDP与国家级新区GDP比值等方面入手,研究国家级新区建设和发展情况,以及其对所处区域的带动作用,得出国家级新区的区域带动作用不同这一结论。同时,指出了国家级新区当前所面临的问题,并提出了发展建议。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the background, process, spatial characteristics and evolution process of the establishment of the national-level new area, taking Shenzhen Special Zone, Pudong New area, Binhai New area and Liangjiang New area as the objects, from the aspects of investment and major projects, population and land use, economic aggregate and land use benefit. This paper studies the construction and development of national new districts and their driving effect on the region, and draws the conclusion that the regional driving effect of national new districts is different. The paper studies the ratio of GDP of cities in different regions to the GDP of national new districts, and studies the situation of construction and development of national new areas, as well as their driving effect on their regions. At the same time, the paper points out the problems faced by the new area, and puts forward some suggestions for development.
